However, once the technician saw our unit was only two years old, his engagement noticeably dropped. None of the promised checks appeared to be done, and no post-job report was provided to show pressure levels or motor amp loads. The tech did clean the outdoor condensor coil which was deemed dirty. To make matters worse, getting the invoice required multiple follow-up calls and messages to the office. Overall, a disappointing experience.

It was a fair price so I opted to skip the other quotes in response to this little touch. The crew was on time and friendly. I have a rather large dog and they were both friendly with him even as he was being a bit shy. I was looking to replace the valve on my shower system to set me up to finish the job replacing the remaining hardware. They looked at the current situation and suggested a repair instead of replacement cutting the cost of their quote in half. They ended up spending less than an hour and saw the hardware I was going to replace later and instead opted to install it as part of their quoted rate. Today was one of those rare rainy days in Texas. Not only did they leave a clean workspace, they took the time to wipe the floor on their way out to clean up the little bit of rain that had followed them in. Even after I told them that wasn't needed (really, it wasn't bad at all), they insisted they clean up before heading out. From quote request to completion, it was under six hours, under budget, and looks great.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. I called for a quote to install a Moen Flo…read moreautomatic water shutoff valve in my home, and they sent a technician named Juan Alonzo who is unfamiliar with the job. He is confused about the type of water line I have and didn't demonstrate a basic understanding of the differences between PEX-A and PEX-B. He then quoted me $850 in labor alone to cut out a small section of PEX and install the valve--even though I would be providing the Moen Flo device myself. To "justify the price", he claimed the system would need to be "programmed," but my own research shows that the Moen Flo does not require any special programming during installation. Charging that much for a job that should take well under an hour felt unreasonable and misleading. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a plumber, and STAY FAR AWAY

Chris answered right away and provided us some options on what needs to be done with the cost. He was quick to stop by on a Saturday and assisted us with getting our toilet fixed. We understood that there would be an after hours charge considering it's Saturday. We were just happy to speak to a live person and get this issue resolved so we wouldn't have to worry about it all weekend. We definitely lucked out and he was able to get the toilet to flush normally again without having to take the toilet off. He was thorough on his explanations about the process and even provided three options for something I was looking to do in the future for our toilets since he noticed a leak. We appreciated his amazing customer service he provided. I know for next time who I should call that can provide reliable service with a smile.
