2 days before my movers were schedule to arrive, I received a call from Jeff letting me know that…read morethe 20 ft container I had ordered was not available. To help solve the issue, Jeff told me that he could replace my 20 ft container with a 16 ft container. I didn't like that solution as I would be receiving a smaller container. He then told me that he would also provide me with a 2nd 16 ft container at no charge. I should have requested that in writing. From here, everything went south. I was charged far more than what Jeff told me I would be charged and when I questioned everything, he told me that he would never tell anyone that they would be receiving a container free of charge regardless of the mix up. Do not purchase their insurance either. I had to file a claim and then the insurance adjuster told me that my claim was not covered. My gut told me to go with PODS and the next time that I move, I will be working with PODS.

The units I used were clean and just about new condition, they saved me moving twice since my new house wasn't done by the time I sold my old one. Joe (The Manager) even came out on a delivery to make certain we were happy with the placement and to help the delivery driver get everything done in one day. Would definitely recommend, they are great company.
