I have email to follow up several times in still have not heard from anyone. On Friday I reached out to Christy at the corporate offices and left a voicemail. She never called back either. Today I tried to get in contact with Mr. Woody (Steve) Woodward the CEO. Let's hope someone responds soon.

The guy was super knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable on pricing and had the patience of a Saint! The entire staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The place was steady busy the entire two hours we were there. The aisles were packed full of rolling stock and glass cases displayed new/used locomotives for most gauges. Train sets priced from around $120 up to over $400. It was so much fun walking up and down each aisle with my four year old and hearing him talk about every item. Tracks, scenery, models, couplers, tools, styrene sheets, smoke, oil, glue, magazines, paint, and brands like Thomas & Friends, Atlas, Rapido, Lionel, Bowser, Walthers, Athearn, Bachmann. They have a nice selection of Polar Express items too and some antique items. My son enjoyed watching the trains on their small layout and before you know it two hours had passed, but we had such a great time together. What a great retail experience. I found a cute little pink and green teapot that made me go "ooh." Be careful to check the price tags to make sure you're paying the right price though! The teapot had a reused price tag with the correct teapot price on one side and another (much higher) price for a different item on the other side. Just make sure they scan the right tag. I also saw some nice little ramekins, but wound up going with the teapot instead. Couldn't stop thinking about the ramekins though, so I started looking online to see if there was anything similar. Turns out both the ramekins and the teapot are available for a cheaper price on Amazon. Not just "similar" items--the exact same ones. Felt a little swindled, but at the same time I guess I'm supporting a local business. Still, it would be nice if they offered products that are more unique and not just off Amazon with a new price tag. If I go back I'll definitely do my homework first.

On ornament premier day, this is the only place I go. They've special ordered things for me and they've held some items for me in the past too.
