First of all, unfriendly and downright rude as we walked in (saw us, but ignored us). Never came to ask us if we needed help or to assist in any way. I have no idea what compelled me to buy something there, but unfortunately, I did. So, the 2 ladies finally had to come face to face with me. Still no smile, no warm customer service. The employee and artist looked flabbergasted and I was shocked at the way the owner handles herself. Although the store has alot of supplies not found in craft stores, what I went for the employee stated they were out of stock of 5 items for watercolor. The staff was extremely nice, but because of the owners personality I will not be returning.
