It was very crowded and was only staffed with 3 cashiers. While it was the first day of the craft fair, it was very crowded so we had to wait at least 20 minutes in line to pay for our items. The owner was exceptionally nice to our children as were her employees, they received help when needed and were taught various simple techniques to help them make their pieces look beautiful. My 9 year old son made an Xbox "trinket" box and his finished product looks great and my 7 year old niece made a mermaid figurine which also came out adorable. My sister and I, both fairly crafty, found a plate that we thought was pretty and the owner walked us through the process step by step. Our plates came out BEAUTIFUL and look very professionally done. I would highly recommend Paint N' Pottery and cannot wait to go back again next time I visit PA.

I went to check out and they want to charge me $23 for USPS Ground shipping. I know what 12 colors weight roughly. Maybe a pound. I was in the supply business for quite a few years. They seem to have wide selection and Service I can't attest to.

I came in to buy stationery, greeting cards, gifts for myself and others, often to browse, I enjoyed the delicious chocolates too. I did feel that the customer service was a bit rude at times and unfriendly. Having said that, I've read on Yelp that they're under new management and perhaps is no longer the case. I also felt that a lot of the items were rather expensive. If I decide to visit Doylestown someday, I have moved, I would love to revisit this quaint little shop. Doylestown is known for its charming shoppes and this one is definitely one of them. They have a prime location in the center of town, near the bookstore, Starbucks and right in the heart of town.

I've had a wonderful experience with custom framing at Phoenix Art Supplies…read more I was looking to get a few lacrosse jersey's framed for my son's college senior night gifts. I reached out to Phoenix Art Supply on short notice - I could not get the jerseys framed until the season was over. The staff was extremely accommodating to my schedule, and worked overtime to get these done in time for the team banquet. They were able to pull together 8 framed jerseys within a week! The staff was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the design and created an extremely high quality product. My son and his friends were really excited about their gift, which has been built to last and looks great on display.

She made it clear to everyone that purchased that she was the owner and how much she donates to causes. While I was being rung up (by a wonderful staff member) and other patron was donating art and filling out paperwork. One of the employees assisted and because the paperwork was messed up the owner said loudly and with a tone "there are too many hands in the pot". The employee and artist looked flabbergasted and I was shocked at the way the owner handles herself. Although the store has alot of supplies not found in craft stores, what I went for the employee stated they were out of stock of 5 items for watercolor. The staff was extremely nice, but because of the owners personality I will not be returning.

Came here to see the showroom for Hunter Douglass window treatments…read more Not what I was expecting of a showroom, seemed underwhelming, but once I spoke with Suzette, I was able to go through the selections and options more thoroughly. Very friendly staff. While not everyone was able to help us with the HD window treatments specifically, they tried hard to answer our questions, and obviously felt bad that we were waiting around not being helped -- only because the Suzanne was occupied with another couple. Once we were helped, we got a price breakdown. There was definitely no upselling. She gave us affordable options, explained the different types of window treatments (the benefits of motorized ones to regular pull downs) and also price points of more expensive options. We left after making an appointment with the designer, who takes preliminary measurements and a more detailed price estimate. After that, Chris came for more exact measurements, then we waited until the product was made. Fast forward 8 weeks later (a large custom sized shade), Chris came back to install, and within 45 minutes of his arrival, it was all done -- we had our pull down black out shades. Very happy, blocks out a lot of light, and waking up in the morning is a lot less painful without the sun beaming straight into our eyes. Would recommend!

Still I managed to find a few fabrics that interested me. Visited again in early 2023 while I was in the neighborhood. What a disappointing experience. There are plenty of other quilt/fabric shops in the area that make me feel welcome. I'll spend my money there instead.
