Our luck continued when Eric punctually showed up at our house to work on our skimmer and suction side flow that wasn't working. In less than 5 minutes, not only did Eric have the issue correctly diagnosed, but he was also able to keep his customer's cost in check by not recommending needless parts and labor. What completely amazed me was that Eric was sincerely interested in pleasing us and making us smile. He did this by taking some extra steps quickly that sped up the clearing of our pool, as well as sharing tips of knowledge that he has gained over many years of satisfying customers.. some of these tips were big and some were small.. let me just tell you to ask for the wite-out tip!
