I wish we had done more research on this company, like you are doing now. "Affordable?" Sure, if you like paying for services you never receive. Personally, I'd rather pay a little more to actually get what I'm paying for. The owner, Ray, would rather lie, make false promises, and try to bullshit you than hold his lazy employees accountable. Check out his foolproof system; the employee is required to take a picture of your filter when they clean it. I'm out a $200 filter because his employees figured out that they can clean the filter one time, take multiple pictures, and send them in one at a time each time they were supposed to clean it. Instead of holding his lazy employee accountable, he would rather blow so much smoke up your ass you choke. Like, literally to the point that he is refuting the laws of physics. Run! Just run. Affordable Pool Pro is the only service you should ever hire if you need help with your pool, on one condition...it is Keith that you work with or his female partner. If it is the new male employee that is coming to your house for your own respect and less hassle request anyone else from Keith. Keith is an amazing guy and he will take care of you and your family anyway he can. After Irma himself and his team [minus the new employee he has shaggy blonde hair I can't remember his name and frankly I don't care to remember] came to our home and help remove the damage from our pool that my rental company just continued to push under the rug and forget about us. It meant the world to my family and I to knew we had someone that had our backs. Keith and the girl employee [I need to learn her name I'm sorry!] are always so respectful of my family and my furry babies too. They let me know when they're here so I know when it's okay to let them go outside and they're just down right respectful. Let me tell you about the new employee...the last time he came I had to call Keith and tell him to come back because he didn't clean the filter, the basket, nothing in the actual system. He only cleaned the top of the pool. Keith made him come right back and actually do his job. Then today, we were having some work done to replace our screens [we always let the people working at our house to let us know when they arrive and leave because of our dogs] the screen guys needed to leave for a bit and let us know they left. The pool guy did not. He left my gate wide open and was in the back corner for some time. My wife lets the dogs out to go potty really quick while I went to the front to watch the gate in case the screen guys came back early, my dogs went out alerted my wife because there was a strange man in the backyard and she was by herself and he swung his poles at my dogs! SWUNG at my dogs and this was after she recalled them and they were going back in the house! Anybody knows the first thing you need to do is not make yourself more aggressive otherwise they'll take that as a threat to our family in our home. When I went out to confront him he denied it, I asked him to leave my property, and he immediately started cursing me out! I told him to leave and never come back also I would be calling Keith and letting him know since we'd had multiple problems with him. Keith immediately corrected the situation and needless to say he will NEVER be returning as our pool guy EVER AGAIN. So please do yourself a favor and use Keith and his other PROFESSIONAL employees.
