I know the owner because our kids play soccer at the same club and practice together. So i saw him every week. He never solved the issue. He blamed the manufacturer and asked me to complain directly to them. Wait what ?? I bought from Migaloo not from the manufacturer. He is not trustable. He stopped responding and NEVER provided me a feedback without i need to force him to answer. So why doing business with this kind of company where the owner does not fix an issue reported one after one month of the installation and it's been 2y and nothing ?

He is like clockwork and spends the time it takes to keep my water perfect. They test the water every time and add salt when needed. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend them. They test the water and give you very detailed instructions on getting your pool back in balance.
