I was just standing around my first time in with a canvas in hand and stretcher bars that I didn't know how to use. One of the staff came over and said "you look lost, come with me" and took me over to the table to check the size of the canvas and make sure that I got the right bars to fit (I didn't initially). She was very helpful, even taping the canvas and putting it on the new bars for me. I can't wait to come in again! The staff was delightful both times.

I felt it was difficult to engage the salesperson and he didn't seem real interested in discussing his merchandise. A request for a business card and/or product information resulted in a pink flyer with glaring typos and a phone number written in Sharpie. I don't need fancy, but I do need competence and engagement, and I felt like I got neither. It's unlikely I'd return to this shop, when I can easily obtain more detailed info on the manufacturers' websites.

Less than 48 hours ago I wandered…read morethis very large store in search of one small item, and ultimately an employee to help with locating said item to only find myself at the front of the store. Finally spying what seemed to be the ONLY employee in the store I am cutoff in a foot race with a new shopper who had just walked in the door and had "one simple question". The lone cashier speaks into the mysterious shoulder-com and calls over a coworker to assist this new shopper. Then she attempts to tell me where the item is but ultimately decides to have the coworker come back and help me when he's done with the other, because now she has "customers" to check out. Fast forward 48 hours to return for more of the SAME ITEM, which is now moved somewhere else. There are people at the cutting table with lines 3-4 people deep (as is usual and customary as I have experienced YEARS of idle shopping while waiting for my number to be called) I rudely interrupt with my simple question and the staff member tells me that they've been moved to the other corner, but wait they might be up front near the kids stuff... STOP MOVING THE STORE AROUND. LEAVE THINGS IN THE SAME AREA AND STAFF YOUR STORE WITH MEMBERS ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR SHOPPING. Forcing customers to wander around lost for hours is unfair to them. I am finally permanently done giving this store any of my money. I left my items on the cutting table and left the store. I will not return.
