I wish I had found King Tree Services years ago! I had been using another tree service over the…read morepast 10 years or so, and although they were always top-notch as far as their service, they were much more expensive - ridiculously so, I've since discovered. I won't name them because they are also very good at what they do. But I wouldn't recommend them unless price is of no importance to you. Edgar gave me an incredibly fair price to take down two large Silver Maples (approx. 40' and 50' tall) and haul away all of the debris. They were careful to not disturb our yard (which just had new sod put down this past Spring), and carefully replaced everything that they needed to move. Due to certain logistics regarding where the trees had been located, I couldn't have the stumps ground. But Edgar was able to saw the stumps down practically to ground level. I really can't say enough good things about Edgar and his crew or recommend them highly enough. They were on-time, considerate and thoughtful, attentive to detail, and highly efficient. I will be using King Tree Services from now on for all my future tree care.

They stump grinded all of the removed trees, put down, leveled out top soil and planted grass seed. I pointed out two already dead White Oak trees, both over 60 feet tall, a Bradford Pear tree in a field of bamboo, an Eastern Red Cedar that had been damaged by the blizzard of '22 and noted a couple of low-hanging branches on a Scotch Pine tree that was too close to the ground for the vehicles that parked under it. All of it was taken care of and when I asked for the chipped wood to be left on my property, they asked where I wanted it and left it as I asked. Some of the wood chips are still smoking to this day from the heat of the chipper itself.
