Mr. Willie walked the property with me and allowed me to explain what I was hoping to accomplish. I loved what I heard, so I decided to book the service. Mr. Willie and his crew showed up about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The crew was not just fast, but efficient, accommodating and professional. They worked like a team and what I expected to take 3 or 4 hours- was completed in about 1 and a half hours. They cleaned up behind their service and asked if I was satisfied. I was very happy with the results. I provided some cold water but what I really wished was that I had a nice cold beer to provide for them. I called a few weeks later to reschedule a cut and the crew came the very next day! I would absolutely recommend them.

Unfortunately,…read moreall the leaves that were removed from the 1/2 acre of my back yard are now located in approximately 250 square feet of yard space in my front yard next to the driveway. Another 15 to 20 feet and the leaves would be in the woods, which is what was requested in writing on Facebook Instant Message and face to face before they started working. Rather than move the leaves another 20 feet in manageable portions, they opted to deposit all the leaves into the 250 square feet space directly next to the driveway. Now I have all the leaves and the heavy dirt and material that got blown along with the leaves piled 3 to 4 foot high right next to the driveway in the front yard. Rather than save me the work of leaf removal, they left me with a nightmare mess of removing all this in the Spring. The explanation I got from them was that there were stumps and vines in this 250 square feet area and the leaves and material was too deep and too heavy for their equipment to move. Well, that is certainly the case...NOW. Before they started there were very little leaves in this area and the leaves could easily have been moved another 20 feet into the wood line. If the additional 20 feet was going to be a problem because of stumps, vines or whatever, the time to say that was BEFORE they started.

I had to hire another lawn service and show them pictures of how this lawn service left my yard and he laughed and said the grass should have been picked up and lawn fabric should have been used. Vasquez told me he does not advertise his business on his truck because people (not clients) make negative remarks because he has to drive slow with his lawn equipment. That should have been a red flag to me. No, people, like myself, make negative remarks because I witnessed your work product and it is subpar. I am rating this business one star because of how my yard was left, not because of his slow-moving vehicle in traffic.

My neighbors introduced me to Authentic Seasonal Services a while back and I've become one of their most loyal clients. I recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their yards. They gave me very reasonable quotes. I've never been disappointed by this company. There professionalism, honesty, and courteous service is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping. My yard looks amazing now that they have put there touch on things! We consistently come back to this local business. They really know their stuff and will take the time to talk to you about what will work with your plantings. I was amazed by how this company actually listened to me and what I wanted in the finished product. They helped provide aesthetically pleasing erosion control (rock/stone) and mulch to areas in need. I have been very pleased with their bed designs and plant selection. I have some really beautiful displays throughout the property throughout all seasons. What can I say? Everyone loves our new patio! The pattern is beautiful, the color is very rich, and it really does fit our needs. It adds so much character to our backyard. This company is absolutely fantastic! I am SO impressed. They were quick, efficient, and brought no nonsense. They were less expensive than 3 other quote providers. I gave this business 5 stars for several reasons: 1. Prompt 2. Courteous 3. Professionalism 4. Excellent Services 5. Very Reasonable Price So lets talk about the service I paid for and what I actually received. The snow storm came suddenly with a large heavy amount of snow and dangerous black ice. We were blocked in the house without being able to walk out of the driveway. My best friend recommended Authentic Seasonal Services . I called them right away. The company is so professional and show up in 10 minutes! I was asked in advance to remove the important stuff from the front yard before the work started carefully. What I got was an amazing service, WAS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!! Not only did they get to it as a favor same day but the quality was top notch!! I highly recommend him!!!
