Once we selected the work to be done -- cutting down the crown and shaping -- we were able to set up a time to get the work done very quickly as well. They explained what they would need in terms of space (e.g., open parking spaces) to do the work as well. The workers showed up on time, confirmed with me the work they were to do, and started on it immediately. When finished they reviewed it with me as well. The quality of work was outstanding. We were extremely happy with Tyson Tree from start to finish and will definitely use them again.

When the snow began to fall, I quickly shoveled off my porch, walkway & driveway. My plan was to pace myself & repeat the process a few hours later but unfortunately, my plan didn't work as I fell asleep! When I woke up to return to shoveling, I heard ice coming down. Upon going outside, the ice was already stuck-frozen solid-and kept coming down so I figured, "Oh well." That "Oh well" quickly turned into a frigid "Oh hell" the following day. Even with the sun shining, the ice was stubborn & my house being situated on the shady side of the street also didn't help. Days went by & I dealt with it because I was warm & toasty inside & had plenty of junk food to keep me distracted. But then I realized that it was time to get my car warmed up & on the road so that the engine oil didn't thicken too much; that's when the frustration AKA panic set in. I couldn't find anyone to remove the ice! Sure, I neglected to buy de-icer at the hardware store a couple weeks before the storm, but I never NEEDED it in the past & I don't think anyone was truly prepared for Ice-mageddon. So I started Googling snow removal companies & that's when I found Benitez Landscaping Pro Services. I was apprehensive about contacting the company as there weren't many reviews to check out & those that were available focused on lawn care. But then I saw a couple 5-star reviews praising them for their snow removal services during the same winter storm & that's when I knew I had to hire them. I sent photos of what needed to be cleared, received a reasonable quote (hefty but reasonable for what was performed) & they were at my residence in no time! I complemented the lady I spoke with via telephone when the gentlemen were wrapping up the job at my home, telling her that it was such a relief that they delivered the services I desperately requested in such a timely fashion. Everyone we interacted from this company has been such a pleasure we miss seeing them now that our project is complete on time. Design- Our design excellently blends into our overall property and it really elevates our smallish yard. For our requests to revise or samples of material, Tony worked hard to ensure we had many options that would work with our vision. During certain points we just followed Tony's advice. Execution- A great design needs to be executed by the right workers and NOVA LC certainly does have amazing workers. The workers carried out the design better than the design on paper. We had a specific diagonal pattern on our patio and the workers laid out the pieces multiple times to ensure the design was right. Tony also visited the worksite daily, sometimes multiple times in a day to ensure progress. When things was rescheduled, Tony or his project manager kept us posted on when things will happen. The workers are always courteous and kept the job site pretty organized and clean; they minimized the impact on us living there. Price- NOVA LC is definitely a great value. If you are looking for the lowest price then this company is not for you. If you are looking for something that lasts a long time and stays high quality then definitely give them a call.
