Was told that it's under new management and that's the new owner would not honor anything towards the repair. I understand.... And probably would've gone ahead with the repair, but the lady I had spoken to was incredibly rude about it. She told me that if I had gotten the ring there in the first place it would've been a better quality. The original repair cost me $180 with a diamond stone replacement. I was then quoted $252 to replace it with a CZ stone.

So, the company is selling a basically defective bracelet that is being marketed for adult women but is the size of a child. That is disingenuous at best. They know it's too small and they continue to sell it. So my beautiful Mother's Day present is going to be returned. I asked for the money back so I could give it to my daughter to buy me something else and they refused even though I had a gift receipt. They suggested I keep it and just look at it in the box since I couldn't wear it because it doesn't fit. Never setting foot it there again. If you are looking for a give with any sentimentality to it do not shop here. I was actually shocked at such poor customer service. Their entire customer service policy is "oh well..too bad...we already have your money so we don't care". Not the reputable company I thought they were. UPDATE: I contacted someone from their corporate office and her solution was to make me pay to ship it to her in California and she will send me a check for the amount of the bracelet so this company does not care at all about customer service. Carol has been especially accommodating during the pandemic.
