At the end of my visit I was told that I would receive an email of the proposed item of purchase the following Monday. I had not heard back so I called and I was informed that she was busy and would get me my quote that day. When had not heard back in 2 days, I called back again. I was told that they are understaffed and she was overwhelmed. She completed another inquiry and would be working on my order. I was told that she would send me the information that night. There was a timeline for the item as it was a gift I expressed my frustration with the delays and my concerns and the associate abruptly hung up. I did not receive the quote as promised again. I have been a past customer here for many purchases and never experienced such poor service. They are not attentive to the customer and do not follow through with a commitment. Unfortunately I will no longer be a dedicated customer as they do not value customers as they did in the past

Supposedly I was called (no call no message to be seen) to let me know there was an issue. The remedy for this was to give me the wrong band for the wedding and then return it to get the right one after. Totally unacceptable to not follow up with a customer if you didn't hear back from them especially one that paid a deposit already. Knowing there was a time crunch to just leave it hanging was very poor business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
