Communication was hard. I asked for a particular kind of outlet but a different one was installed. They left a junction box uncovered that was 12 feet high on the ceiling. There was another service they were to perform, but they were in a hurry and said to schedule that for another time. I called, left voice mails, sent text messages and was completely ghosted. Just recently I had solar installed and found out the new run they installed to the basement subpanel didn't include a ground wire which is required by code. The EV charger was supposed to be wired with 2 lines and a ground wire, but they wired it with 2 lines and a neutral wire (neutral is not the same as ground in this case).
