They left debris all over our roof and painted over brand new stucco, which is actually supposed to cure and not be painted right away. The color that they used to paint. Our house was a dark gray over our light gray. We had a big L on the front of our house that looked awful when I reached out to the company about it they said well, it's not the same color so probably just best to paint the whole front of your house. My husband got up there himself with some matched paint from Sherwin-Williams and fixed it and cleaned all the debris off the roof. We will not be using this company again.

The prices from each were all within a similar range. I tend to avoid the least expensive and steer clear of the most unless I have the budget for it. Ray came in with a fair price and a professional demeanor. He understood what had to be done, and he was confident he could provide exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed that he also was able to get the job started quickly and did his best to accommodate my timeline. As a contractor, he has several sub contractors who work for him. In his desire to get my job going ASAP, he sent two subs that were not his best. He had used them before and they had done very nice work. Unfortunately for me, they did not, and they had to demo the tiles they had put in unevenly, scrap them and start from scratch. Since Ray was just as surprised and appalled by their work, in a gesture of courtesy, he absorbed the cost of the new tiles and added a free, custom built shower niche to make up for the mishap. He was diplomatic and reliable which is rare in Florida. He also asked for my patience so as to time it to bring in his BEST contractor, Andreas, who is a literal magician! Not only is Andreas so amazingly talented, but can do literally ANYTHING quickly, confidently and flawlessly. The final product is perfection! Ray even came with me to pick out the tiles that he paid for and Andreas is top tier, both taking pride in their work, which is ALWAYS of primary importance since I believe it's pride and passion for what you do, that eternally creates the most spectacular of things. So, ultimately, though it took a little extra time, it was well worth it. Ray stepped up and made it right, I have to say he is dependable, communicative and made me a very happy customer! My one bit of advice would be to work on HIS timeline so he has the opportunity to bring in his best guys to your job. After getting five quote estimates, we decided to go with the A-Best team based on three factors: 1) A strong referral from our neighbor who had used them in the past 2) The level of detail that Jack (their estimator) provided to us in laying out the Scope of Work for the project and 3) The reviews I had read online from other customers. The project involved not only painting the exterior of our home but also cleaning our roof. Our home includes a gabled roof, wood, brick, and stucco. So, the job was a bit more complicated given the different kinds of surfaces that needed to be painted. And the house had not been painted since 2010. The entire team that came to work on our home over several days included: Eddie, Carlos, Keith, Larry and Weber. They were each very friendly, very professional, and very meticulous and neat in their work. As the project progressed, the team did a great job in communicating to us their progress each day, as well as identifying areas of concern that needed special attention.
