They got me in for a problem I have been dealing with for months, after being ignored and blown off by other doctors and going through multiple tests. Tonya got me in 2 days after speaking with her, and Paul Marino after talking to me, reviewing tests, and speaking with my Primary doctor's office decided enough was enough, and got me scheduled for a procedure that will make me better. They show a level of care and compassion that you so rarely ever deal with in a doctors office anymore, you are not just a number to them, you are a person, and they care about making you whole and better. Wonderful people.

We have been seeing Doctor Kim since our now 15-year-old son was born. From the moment we met her,…read morewe knew she was going to be different. Exceptional. Her level of care and interest in patients is second to none. She takes the time, thinks creatively to address health issues and really gets to know her patients. And their parents. She recognized very early on that our son likely had a growth hormone deficiency. The pediatric endocrinologist was astonished that our pediatrician could so well diagnose an issue that is very little understood. When he had a ruptured appendix and was in the hospital for over a week, she regularly checked in on him and made sure he was getting the best possible care at the height of the pandemic. She's equally adept in supporting teens as they struggle with mental health concerns. Doctor Kim raises the bar in her profession - we'll feel lucky to have her be part of our family story.

Nurse/admin staff is as usual. His office in the building was a little hard to get to. The details: Dr Basile's nonchalant and calming demeanor exemplify the ease at which he executes his work-solidifying his vast experience and how routine this work is for him. During the procedure we chatted about what was being done, small social banter to ease my mind, and in 30 minutes flat I was out and taking the weekend off. First visit for a consult, was a simple walk-through of my decision, risks, and what encompassed the procedure. Nurse/admin staff was attentive and straightforward. I was lost in the beginning, trying to find his office; it's in the basement down a narrow hallway. Second visit for the procedure, the office was busier and my appointment started 20 minutes later than planned. Nonetheless, schedule aside, the procedure was executed as planned and I just had to recover over the weekend. I will definitely go to Dr. Basile in the future for any other urology related inquiries or concerns.

Excellent Surgery... Abysmal Follow-up…read more I saw Dr. Agolini for a hernia repair and had a great experience. However, 2 years later I returned with severe pain at the surgery site, worried the repair had failed due to a recent pregnancy. That consult was the worst I've ever had. Dr. Agolini was defensive and dismissed my symptoms as "psychosomatic," explaining the term (which I already knew) in a patronizing, mansplaining way. This kind of dismissal of young women in medicine is far too common, and the experience was genuinely traumatizing. I had to push just to get a CT scan referral. While he is highly skilled technically, and had a great bedside manner during the original procedure, he did not treat my follow-up concerns with respect. His ego seemed bruised at my suggestion that the repair might have failed. (By the way, It turned out the pain was NOT in my head, which, again, I already knew. I later received a diagnosis from a different doctor for a separate condition and was treated for it.)
