We've…read morebeen generally satisfied with the dentists but have had not infrequent issues with the administrative department. I echo the observation from other reviewers that at least one member of the administrative staff does not shine when it comes to friendly, welcoming service--and this seems to be the admin we always deal with. More problematic, there have been issues with confusing/late/missing invoices and ongoing unresolved issues with insurance--and getting clarification is usually difficult and uncomfortable, largely because of the unfriendliness. Recently, this staff member relayed incorrect information to a dentist--which had significantly adverse effects on the treatment our child received. I dislike having to ding a business on the basis of what might very well be an issue with one staff member, but when it's health care, and when the quality of the health care is affected...

I have twin girls & need to find them a dentist for their first appointment. As soon as the receptionist answered the phone, she seemed bothered & annoyed. She was also very rude!! They don't take my insurance however I would have gladly paid out of pocket considering it was recommended by a friend. However, since the receptionist was SO rude & interrupted me & was rushing me to get off the phone, I will definitely NOT be going here. Period. Horrible first impression & customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

I attended dental school and I know my mesial from my distal so I asked for copies of the films/Xrays - (Dupes) and sent them to a colleague. SCAM!!! Drilling on virgin teeth! The experience here has been quite unpleasant and distasteful. As you can see, all reviews are negative towards this business and it is no accident. They do have state of the art equipment with a spacious and clean environment and plenty parking space, but that is the best of it. The staff is very unfriendly and impatient. A particular cleaning technician is to say the least, without manners. It seems greed is the order of the day in that office and the opinions of parents or guardians are not considered or even respected. This office in Newtown Square, PA in particular has a very disturbing trend whereby refusing an X-ray for moral, ethical or religious belief will get you banned as they use discriminatory practices to chase loyal patients out of their offices. I would hate to believe that my race has anything to do with it, but I will settle with greed, atrocious morals, pride and unprofessional customer service. Heed my warning. It is better to be educated about a problem than to experience it. Horrible staff with unreasonable doctors who only cares about milking money. Stay Away !!

They have always been amazing. Although they can get busy at times, they still do their best to fit us in whenever possible. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and always honest and straightforward. The office is clean, and while the waiting area is small, it has never been an issue. Occasionally, other patients may be rude, but that is completely beyond the staff's control. Once you're brought to the back, the treatment rooms are spacious, which is especially helpful when accompanying my youngest child. The team has an immense amount of patience, something I truly appreciate firsthand. My son was not the easiest patient for several years, and they always made me feel comfortable--never embarrassed. I could say so many wonderful things about this office. We've been coming here for 12 years, and even though I live an hour away now, I've never even considered going anywhere else--that truly speaks volumes.

The waiting room is not clean and is very tight so you're sitting very close to other patients of all ages. Even the outside area and parking lot are dirty and very tight spaces to navigate - really not ideal for children and just a germ zest pool. The office management is poor, it's literally like pulling teeth (pun intended) to get them to answer the phone. Their registration & sign-in process is disorganized. There are plenty of other fine children's dentistries in the nearby area. Call one of them instead.
