I can always get an appointment in a timely manner, the office is modern and clean with a parking lot, there's a children's play area in the waiting room (for those parents) and best of all, he's honest about what you need and what you don't. He genuinely wants you to be happy with your smile. He always makes himself available to his patients. (Even on a holiday weekend!) A real gem! There's also an award system with tokens redeemable for gift cards as incentives for patients, children and adults alike. His staff is super friendly and efficient. You won't be pushed into services you don't need but everything is available. Recently I began taking my 10 year old son there, too. They are equally great with my dentist phobic child-so gentle and taking all the time he needs. And if it can get even better, we are seeing Dr Vanessa Wang for orthodontia. I was first and have just finished Invisalign, which I loved. Great results without metal brackets. My son has a palate expander and as a child who hates dental treatment it was no small feat to install it. I cannot begin to tell you how personal and caring they were-very sensitive to his needs. We are able to get early appointments so we can go before school. We haven't needed anything more then a checkup so not sure how the other procedures rate. The doctors are ok. Feels like they are kind of going thru the motions with patients. They give the kids prizes such as wall climbers which my son loves. I was a bit sad that the son doctor took care of my son this time and told him "Don't throw them on the wall or ceiling because they will stain". I told my son to stop but I probably should have said "Why give them to kids then".

The office was clean and extremely welcoming! I arrived for a consultation for teeth whitening and really got a lot of good information. They were able to provide me with two different options and Dr. Omene gave me the pros and cons of each. She was so thoughtful in giving me her opinion and stories of her own experience. This all made a big difference in what option to choose. Once I made a decision the manager at the desk give me great details about payment plans - which really helped with my selection. My advise to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming, clean, and knowledgeable staff - make an appointment with Dr. Omene and staff. First issue is that I never approved sealant and the second issue is that I took the kids to another dentist afterwards to check the work and unfortunately there were only four teeth with remnant of sealant and nothing else. Sealant usually last for years if they were placed in the first place. If this is not highway robbery I don't know what is. If I tell you I was taken advantage of that would be an understatement. It's sad to see a supposedly professional office Fraudulently charged clients for work that has not been rendered. I had to get the sealant thrdone at another dentist. Also charged me for x-rays for my wife that they have never provided me copy of even though I specifically asked them for copy of all x-rays.

The hygienists are great at keeping you distracted from what is going on inside your mouth while you're there, and are always a pleasure to talk to. I've had cavities filled here as well - I'd gotten them as a result of poor dentistry when I was a kid, and they coated your teeth to "protect" them, but it ended up trapping whatever was on them originally... long story short, not a great scenario. They are excellent with kids. They are clear about instructions, plans and I love that the payment is just a lump sum for the total treatment, no matter how long it takes. Billing is SO easy to navigate with them. Appointments typically run on time with very brief waits in the waiting room. We have not been the easiest family but they ALL are so kind and patient with our girls needs. Dr. Rawlins makes going to the orthodontist fun and positive. It's clear his staff is very happy there. He has a warm bedside manner, explains things to kids and parents in a way they understand and I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone.
