They know you by name and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They take you back quickly, usually within 10-15 minutes. Dr Bunting and the hygienist fixed a cavity I had in a quick, painless, and relaxing manner. They even have iPods with noise reducing headphones as a nice distraction to drown out the sound of the drills and dental tools. Dr Bunting works like an artist to reconstruct the tooth and takes care to make sure it is as perfectly aligned as the original tooth. They have state of the art equipment and make X-rays as quick and comfortable as possible. They accept insurance; however, you have to pay in full and then get reimbursed by the insurance company.

Last year (2019) I had a broken veneer replaced in the Bay Area, redid the front 6 in order to keep…read morethe color consistent. It was done by a well known Dr, but unfortunately not correctly and started a cycle of TMJ. After several consultations with dentists and prosthodontists, I chose one to redo the replacement veneers. The temporaries were not aesthetically pleasing, and I switched to another cosmetic dentist, again well known with lots of examples of beautiful work on the website. This effort did not solve the bite issue, and a week after the new veneers, the TMJ was back and worse. By then the TMJ was affecting the musculature and visual appearance of my face. Luckily, an orthodontist friend introduced me to Dr. Kim. It was worth the five hour flights from San Francisco for treatment. Dr. Kim is extremely professional and patient. His first objective is the correct functioning of the jaw and bite. It took time to recover the natural bite and eliminate the TMJ. He patiently explained and answered lots of questions over an extended period of time, and gave me a lot of confidence that it would finally turn out right. Over the course of recovering the natural bite, we worked a lot on aesthetics. After the studying and experiences I've been through, I know what good teeth look like. He took into consideration the length, bulk, and size of teeth to make a natural smile and appearance when talking. The color is natural, and most importantly, the bite is good, the TMJ is gone, and the muscles on my face are getting back to normal. Thank you Dr. Kim !

He makes you sure you understand and feel comfortable with the procedures and pricing. But it is really his team and staff that puts the Excellence in this office. It is all about the little things. They are very inviting and accommodating to your needs or anxiety. They really work hard to make you feel at home. They explain what they are going to do before starting. And they periodically check if you are okay. I never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. The office has all the amenities, water, coffee, tea, snacks, TVs while you get work done.. If that matters to you. With my busy schedule it is hard to find GREAT dentists who work on the weekends. A lot of dental places don't have weekend hours, but they accommodate late hours twice during the weekdays. I recently moved to California, but still come back. If you need cleaning without insurance they have a very reasonable pricing plan. If you need INVISALIGN, this is the definitely the place to go.

Hands down Dr. Fava and the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics have some of the best people in the Dentistry field. A little background, over the years I was hard on my front teeth and have experienced a ?few? traumatic episodes in which my real teeth and then dental bridge have been knocked out of my face. The trauma has resulted in the degradation of my remaining teeth that support my then existing dental bridge. Dr. Fava was tasked with removing the damaged teeth and replacing them with implants. I cannot thank Dr. Fava and his wonderful staff enough. Dr. Fava is better than great, he is fantastic! His knowledge and expertise in periodontics is astounding. Following a detailed explanation of the procedures and costs, Dr. Fava preformed the extraction, repaired my hard and soft tissue, and delivered top notch Straumann implants.
