Said I was denied services because I was out of the county. The lack of return of my security deposit occurred while living in Modesto, Stanislaus County. I recently moved out to another county due to conditions that had been reported to the City of Modesto as not up to code for the rental. I'm still waiting on part of my security deposit that is due from living in Stanislaus County. Seniors beware, Senior Law Project isn't interested in getting and understanding all the facts.
