Amerimac provided all three. The loan offered by Amerimac was among the lowest I could find on the Internet. Compared to the "streamlined" refinance offered by the servicer of my old loan, mine has a 0.5% lower rate and $5,000 lower closing costs. The now arduous documentation process went smoothly, and the terms, rate, and conditions of the loan at signing were exactly as promised. This is a family-owned and operated business; you are able to work with and talk directly to the same person for the entire loan process. My loan was handled by Ray J, the son of the founder. I like lots of information and Ray was accommodating, answering in detail all questions I asked and sending copies of HUD-1, appraisal, and many other documents at appropriate times during the process. I will definitely use Amerimac for any future mortgage loans and would particularly recommend them to home buyers and owners with excellent credit looking for low rates and a trouble-free refinance.
