I have to start with Stephanie, my dental hygienist, who is truly one of a kind. I came in today not quite myself -- I was in my feelings about something -- and without me even having to say a word, she immediately picked up on it, validated my concerns, and put me completely at ease the moment I sat down in the chair. That kind of emotional attunement is rare. On top of that, she is so gentle, so thorough, and so genuinely invested in her patients. She took the time to educate me throughout my entire cleaning -- giving me helpful tips on the best toothbrushes to use and explaining everything as she went. She never rushes. She truly cares, and it shows in every single thing she does. Dr. Gray is nothing short of amazing. His compassion radiates -- you can feel how much he loves his patients the moment he walks in the room. It's not something he has to say; it's written all over him. I am so grateful to be under his care. Yolande at the front desk is a gem. She is consistently warm, welcoming, and friendly every single visit without fail. That kind of reliability matters more than people realize -- knowing you'll always be greeted with a smile sets the tone for the whole experience. And then there's Harley, who I met for the first time today. I have to say -- she sealed the deal. I came in having a rough day, and her compassion, her warmth, and her beautiful spirit completely turned things around for me. I left that office smiling and ready to show off my pearly whites, and that is entirely thanks to her. This entire team is special. They don't just clean your teeth -- they take care of your whole self. I am so grateful for every single one of them. Thank you, again, IMAGE DENTAL!! Stephen Nozaki, Megan, You are all appreciated!! There was no judgment, no discomfort, just warmth and professionalism. This is not my first time there either. They are always sweet and caring even on phone calls! Every interaction felt thoughtful and respectful, and that made all the difference. I'm truly thankful for this team and the way they care for their patients. I am very greatful and I HIGHLY recommend this office.

This mean you will be charged a lot of just a cleaning and xray. I've been a little disturbed lately they keep pushing Invisalign. So far everyone I know they have asked about Invisalign. These people are all adults and some even geriatric. I go to the dentist for cleanings and fillings. If I'm interested in Invisalign then I'll see an orthodontist. The pushing of Invisalign feels like a money scam. I'm considering looking for a new dentist due to the asking everyone if they want Invisalign and no longer accepting Delta Dental.

I was charged $285.00 up front for my son's cleaning/check up and you assured my husband over the phone that you guys would bill our insurance and we would get the reimbursement for the cleaning/check up sent directly to our house from Delta. You did in fact do all of this, however, we were only reimbursed $147.00, due to your out of network status with Delta. Cleanings and check ups should be fully covered under my insurance, so paying $138 out of pocket for that is absolutely crazy. For people not familiar with dental prices, a cleaning and check-up at most dental offices for a patient with absolutely NO insurance typically runs $75-$200. Don't be us and learn the hard way, choose an in-network provider! I understand they're not trying to lose all of their clientele due to cutting off all the dental contracts, but I think you need to be more honest with people not familiar with dental billing and let people know much they will be reimbursed back. My husband was under the impression that we would get the full amount back that we paid up front based on your conversation with him. If you truly care about your patients/clientele, I highly suggest you start being more honest about the up front cost and how much will be reimbursed back by the insurance before seeing the patient. We would never have agreed for our son to be seen, if we knew the full details.

I have been a patient at Dr. Rosenbaum and Associates for roughly 20 years, which makes it…read moredisappointing to write this review, but the practice has changed dramatically and not for the better. Over two decades, I have seen more than 10 different dentists come and go. That level of turnover alone suggests there are internal culture issues. About 10 years ago, one dentist told me I had decay visible on an X-ray and recommended a crown. I agreed. After grinding my tooth down to a nub, he said to the assistant, "Huh, there is no decay." That procedure still cost me around $600 out of pocket even with insurance. I filed a formal complaint with the office manager at the time. That manager is no longer there either. In the past couple of years, the entire staff has been replaced. My longtime hygienist left, and I was assigned a new one. She was very young but polite and did a decent job. I would rate her about a 7.5 out of 10. The issue is not the individual staff members. It is the overall experience and direction of the practice. This office used to feel welcoming. Everyone knew my name, and I knew theirs. It felt personal. Now it feels like a corporate assembly line. Even the patient volume seems to reflect this change. Years ago, parking was difficult to find and the waiting room was full. Now there are plenty of open parking spaces and far fewer patients waiting. At every visit, they now require you to complete a full medical history on an iPad, even if you have been a patient for decades and nothing has changed. I found this intrusive and asked if I could opt out and simply notify them of any changes, especially since I was only there for X-rays and a routine cleaning. The staff member handing me the iPad rolled her eyes and walked away. Another staff member later told me they would not see me unless I completed it and claimed this was required by federal HIPAA law. After researching this myself, I learned this is their internal policy, not a legal requirement. In other words, I was misinformed. I would have absolutely disclosed any relevant health changes, particularly anything that could affect anesthesia, even though no anesthesia was being used that day. The interaction felt unnecessary, cold, and dismissive. After that visit, I canceled my next appointment and booked with a new dentist closer to my home. I am genuinely looking forward to a fresh start. It is unfortunate to walk away after 20 years, but this practice no longer feels like the place it once was.

My son's treatment/service has turned into a nightmare over the past year. Here's what we've been dealing with: -A high staff turnover rate. There is never the same workers when we go in. The ones we've interacted with seem very unfamiliar with my son's treatment plan. Heiner seems very impatient with staff at times even making comments to me personally about his frustrations and it makes for some awkward vibes. It was never like this until recently. - We drive 40 minutes each way to go here and have had 2 appointments in the last 2 months where we drove there for nothing. One, he called in sick as we were pulling in the parking lot for our appt. They couldn't even call me, they text me. The other, we went to the appt and they said they felt bad they should have called me and cancelled because he wasn't in and they couldn't help us. There was no respect for our wasted time what so ever. - They no longer answer the phone. I had tried to get thru several times in one day and instead of answer they text back (obv have caller id) and say they will call back. So weird and unprofessional to do biz like this. -Heiner has become frustrated with my son's lack of progress on closing a gap. Has made the comment numerous times that we are causing him to lose money because my son is over treatment time. This made me mad after about the 4th visit hearing this comment so I told him nicely to just remove the braces. He and staff were not happy about that. I was told by a worker there today that we are termed "non-compliant" now so if we need anything further they will "charge us whatever". I have no idea what she means but I don't really care anymore. We are done. -They've been telling me Heiner will call me for 2 months now. No call yet. Today I was told she can get my son an appt to just get his final retainer and end treatment but warned me of a high probability we still won't get to talk to him. To be honest, I don't really know what's going on here. Whether it's just a bad staff with bad communication or if Heiner just isn't into it anymore like he used to be I don't know. But the past year has been really bad for us and I look VERY forward to completing this treatment and being done with the place all together. The vibes are all bad and uncomfortable these days. And it makes me sad the way it is now vs. what it used to be.
