Then he immediately asked me if I made the appointment online and if I received a confirmation, and I said I saw it's confirmed on the screen. And he asked if we got an email? I mean, ...as if the customer is the one to blame ? Then he said there is a 9:15 about another hour wait, and said, you can just hang out here and wait. Wait a second ! I took the time from my work, drive out there to get my annual, and now your system made a mistake and I had to pay for it with my time and the lack of hours I missed working and making money! Are you serious ? ??? The doctor is fine, I mean, expected, but the way they handle these situations are terrible. The guy at the front desk on 3/9 Monday morning, literally said " I just work here, if you want to complain, you can wait until my manager gets here in like 40 mins or come back another day" Like other customer complains, my time is precious and not being able to see patients when appointments are confirmed online should be taken seriously. If we need to bring confirmation email or proof, as long as it's notified, we are happy to do so. But when it's not the patients fault, they need to make up for our time.

Dr Tran is kind, patient, and truly compassionate in her care -- will to squeeze me in on Saturday. A sign of getting older is realizing you need glasses for night driving, and Dr. Tran took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood night vision issue is common. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly , and the selection of glasses is extensive with lots of great brands.
