When I said I'd leave a review, another dentist arrogantly replied that he would just remove it. The issue wasn't just the policy--it was the blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism. I love Dr Shapiro and have been a patient for 5 years. Make sure you check with them before scheduling any procedures. Very disappointed in this office now, and it makes me very sad to say this. Now I have to find a new periodontist in the middle of my implant process.
