If you're looking to save (or make, if you're selling your home), Mike is a great negotiator. I watched him expertly manage the process of offers and counteroffers. The reason we chose to work with Mike is because he was the only Hoboken realtor who took the time to understand us, our motives for selling, etc. Whereas other Hoboken realtors we spoke with gave us firm positions on numbers (that we thought were low) during our first meeting, Mike was patient and worked through the process before giving us a recommendation.
