Kim Sullivan-Beier was friendly, attentive, and professional. We requested a tour for a duplex in Cliffside Park through an online listing website, and within minutes we received a phone call from Kim herself. Our tour was promptly scheduled for the following evening. Kim met us at the property on time, and was knowledgable of the premises themselves and the owners of the property. She was happy to answer any and all questions we had. The tour was a pleasant experience, and Kim could tell that we were very interested in filling out an application. The next day, she sent us the application by email. She made sure to follow up with phone calls and explain what would happen next. Within a few short days, we filled out the application, provided references, and did the credit report check. Again, Kim was very accessible the entire time, and we continued to communicate with her by phone and email. Selling a house has got to be one of the most stressful things we had to do as a family. I recently sold my condo in Hoboken, NJ and would highly recommend both Peter Cossio and Matt Brown. They were originally recommended to me through another friend and I was not disappointed.
