Very nice organized store. Everything is beautifully displayed. I was greeted immediately. I was told that they were having a bundle sale and asked if I needed any help finding something. I am just browsing today. As I walked over to the clothing area I was told that they have fitting rooms and that I was welcomed to try on anything. They are having a sale. Went in and the guy at the front never welcomed us in and would stare at us everywhere we went, same with the lady up in front who was snotty and dismissive. guess we didn't look the part because they welcomed everyone who did...... Girlfriend ended up loving the purse so we took it to the check out counter only for the person in front of us to spend 20+ minutes at the counter, no one else came up to check us out so we put it back and left. Terrible customer service. Need to stop acting like they belong on the same hierarchy as Versace and Burberry before they go out of service. read more

I was searching for the perfect pink bag - not too slouchy and not too structured, something classy but playful that you can dress up or dress down. I called before coming in to see if they had the models I saw online in stock. They were super patient with me and told me all the different models they had, despite how busy they were. Then when I arrived, I was debating between two different styles, and they were all so helpful in helping me choose. Service with a smile, laughter, and good conversation. Never at any point was anybody breathing down my neck or making me feel uncomfortably pressured to purchase anything like other stores in that area. If I could give the service 10 stars I would! My mother and I walked in and the first girl was amazing, she explained the sales and walked away. The second girl comes over literally after watching the first girl explain everything and starts explaining the sales all over again. I made the mistake of telling her shoes looked nice (Micheal Kors of course) and the next thing I know she is pushing the shoes on me, I tell her I'm not interested while my mother and I look for purses she askes the other sales girl to get the shoes and pressures me to try them on even after I showed disinterest​ in wanting the shoes. She then leads me over the dresses and tries to persuade me to get the shoes with the dress. Every step we took in the store she was right there breathing down our necks trying to make a sale on something. All my mom wanted was a damn purse! This woman would not let up about those shoes, she was extremely pushy and it made such a miserable​ experience​e for us, we hurried up and got a purse with a matching wallet and left. The sales teams was extremely aggressive when it came to making sales which makes the whole expereince a complete nightmare, I would rather shop online next time... never again. read more

I was overly excited to check out the new store since they moved across the way from the old location. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman standing at the front who quickly informed me they don't allow drinks in their store. I paused for a second to think about my options: 1) Just go past the woman and blow her off like I didn't hear anything 2) Leave and just go to another store 3) Go outside, chug my $5 coffee and throw away what I couldn't finish. After completing my "Terminator" style scan process in a matter of seconds, I turned around and left without saying anything. Which then led to another thought process of, I just drove all the way from South Austin in the rain to check out this new store. I'm not going to throw my time & gas down the drain. So I completed option 3. As soon as I walked backed into the store, what do I see...a couple (non minority) walking with coffees in their hands. And they purchased something, which means they were walking around the store. Hmmmm???? Where's the fairness & consistency?? As quickly as the sales rep was trying to greet me again, I pointed over and politely said "They have drinks". I walked off into the store and I was so pissed off that I couldn't focus. I almost felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she was shunned off by that snotty rep in the boutique. If they work off commission, I was ready to spend some $$$ at this location. But they will never have my business again. Plus like another review stated you can find better deals at other stores. And the MK website has great sales with better price points. And the merchandise comes with original wrapping on the product. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

I came in a couple of weeks ago and my girlfriend bought a purse. Initially checking out the cashier overcharged me. I had already calculated the price after tax, and she was about $80 over. I told her this and she changed the price. It's kind of important when your sole job is to calculate prices correctly. However, this is not the reason I'm giving this store one star. There's a few other reasons. The girls are overbearing and ask if you want assistance every minute. I understand it's their job so I'm not blaming them, it just seems like bad management to me. Also, when my girlfriend tried to return a purse she had bought there is not an option to credit it back to you, you can only take store credit. That's all good and fine, whatever. The thing is the purse was never used and in perfect condition with the tags and foam still on it. Also, she had just recently bought a purse at a different location. If I can show you proof of purchase of another purse, really, how is that different than giving store credit? It's just bad, uncompromising business. read more

My friend in I were shopping around for a new wallet so we figured we'd stop by Michael Kors because she saw one that she liked. When we first walked in we weren't even greeted. My friend found one that she liked but the signs were a little confusing. There was a 70% off sign above the wallets and then another 20% sign above that. When we got the attention of an employee nearby to check the price she acted like we were bothering her and she was too good to help up. I would recommend not going to this Michael Kors. read more

They do have really good discounts on their stuff, but if you do the extra work, then you will be able to find the same thing else where. The one thing that bothers me is how the sales women circle around you, like vultures. You can't even walk 5 feet without someone asking you, if you need help. I'm all for good customer service, but it is extremely annoying when it happens every 5 minutes. read more

I see why this store has one star rating. I love this brand and this is why I have continued to shop here. However, this will be my last trip ever to a store and brand who feels it is ok to look down their nose at customers. This store has the absolute worst manager I have ever seen. I didn't receive any customer service when I walked in today by myself. Sales women greeted everyone that walked in there but DID NOT greet me. NO one offered to help me when I was in there to spend money on a handbag. It was busy and I saw probably 8 sales women standing in the store not doing anything. I don't know what they're getting paid for. Left and came back with my boyfriend and what do you know they greeted us (probably because a man was with me) but still didn't offer to help. read more
