It was mostly clean, restaurants were available in several places and plenty of parking available all around. We spent over 3 to 4 hours in this outlet. They had a good mix of high-end and local brands I bought items from Hurley, Cole Haan, Johnston and Murphy, and the Nike outlet store. I didn't expect to shop so much, but the stores really had good stuff. Most stores had sales offers and prices were good, but they all had an 8% sales tax. We even found a store that had every item on sale for $2 each. Staff members in all stores were friendly and helpful. One annoyance was the small opening they had on the sun roof shades. Literally every chair next to one of those had bird poops. Some bird poop actually fell on my wrist, while I was standing under one of the openings. From that point, I was overly conscious of being near any of the chairs under the open sun roof.

They had fitting rooms available as well. The store was mostly tidy but the clearance racks were so messy. Staff members were all around the floor, helping out customers or restocking the items. Like most of the popular Nike outlet store, this was a bit chaotic too due to large number of people in the store. Shoe aisles were packed. I found a pair that was $60 cheaper than its full price. Also found a pair for my daughter that had 30% discount. The checkout line was long, had to wait about 5 minutes for my turn. The associate at the register was friendly. While paying, found out I had a 20% coupon in my Nike app. Overall I like the shopping experience at this store.

The only thing I really don't like about this store are the dressing rooms-- they are TINY. And there's no return rack. I specifically asked if they wanted me to put back the clothes I didn't want, and they said they preferred I give it to them to put back. But any time I do that I feel like a huge inconvenience to the employees... definitely my least favorite part about shopping there. But other than that, the selection is good, deals are good, and the staff is semi-friendly. Definitely recommend it!
