I smiled, took a pause and realized they have no intention of helping me, so I left and shopped at another store where two sales associates went above and beyond to help me find a holiday outfit with no mention of the deep 60% discount I would be receiving. I received an additional 15 % on text! I wasn't even shopping for a discount, so it was a pleasant surprise. Usually, this location has excellent customer service, so it was surprising. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.
