I would advise anyone NOT to go to this place!! I'm from Maryland and have been to immensely better…read moreBSS in Baltimore County!! I came here on my lunch break because I work long hours and most BSS are closed by the time I get off work. This was the closest to my office. Anyway, as for the products, I came here looking for a specific type of synthetic braiding hair for box braids I plan to get this weekend. They did have the brand but not in the colors I needed. It was very difficult to tell what they had because everything is mixed around and out of place and the employees do not try to fix it. One employee actually said to me, "Yeah, it's all mixed around so it's hard to find anything." As for the customer service... this is the main reason I gave this place ONE STAR! I do not expect customer service to be perfect because I know that is not realistic in most businesses, sadly. But this was just awful. Here are some examples listed in the order of when I walked in to when I left: 1. As I walked in a man approached one of the workers and asked the worker how much a certain hat was. The employee responded by saying, "Oh I don't work here but that guy does," and pointed to the man behind the counter; who was servicing a very long line at the time. I then watched the employee who claimed he didn't work there pull out a key and open a jewelry display for another customer. Very odd... 2. I was searching for the hair I needed in the disorganized cluster of mixed brands/ colors while a woman who worked there was standing a few feet from me. I did not realize she was standing there or else I would've asked for her help. (I'm not one of those annoying people who stands there waiting to be asked if I need anything). It is her job to notice customers, even before they notice her but whatever. It wasn't that big of a deal. She's actually the reason I'm giving this place one star because once I did get her attention she was very helpful. 3. THE WORST PART about this whole experience was the check out process. It took me so long to find what I needed, that by the time I was about to check out I had 15 minutes until my lunch break was over. There was a woman in front of me who couldn't decide if she wanted a certain product and was taking awhile. There were two registers so when another employee came up I assumed it was to help me. But he just started bothering the girl behind the counter. I asked him if he could please ring me up because I had to get back to work. He pointed at the girl behind the counter and said she will. I then said please I have to get to work (the woman in front of me still hadn't decided if she wanted the product and the line was now a few people long.) He just laughed and looked at the employee ringing up the indecisive customer and said he didn't feel like ringing anyone up. I then said pleaseeee sir I really need to get back to work (I now only had 10 minutes left.) The female employee told him he had to ring me up and to just do it. I've never been to ANY business where an employee was so lazy that he couldn't ring someone up while standing right behind the register!!! I actually had to beg him!

Came through when I needed them…read more Long story as short as possible - I had went to one of their other locations to pick up something for my son, but they didn't have it there. They ended up having it here and agreed to hold it for me to come the next day (it was also the last one they had). So I ended up here. I've never been to a Men's Wearhouse before and was now in my second one in less than 24 hours - and just like the other location, I was impressed overall with the neatness, selections, and the friendly employees. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was here and that certainly does go a long way. I found the jacket that they held for me and my son was happy to have gotten the jacket he wanted. I was appreciative they held it. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is more than enough parking spaces in the large lot. While I don't live in the immediate area, I'd definitely come here again.

Still purchase online from time to time with $89/feee shipping but if it doesn't fit easy enough to return in the store. Located off route 59 it can be a little busy getting there but once in the strip there is ample parking and the store is never busy. Perfect for someone like me who likes to browse or when on a mission- get in and out. For those of you were haven't been to a Sierra picture a Marshall's or TJ Maxx but for outdoor active consumers (owned by same parent company). You can literally find everything from shoes to swimwear to ski gear, shorts and tees. The list goes on and on. Lots of name brands and high quality items. Water bottles, socks, skateboards and I recall seeing a kayak at some point. Point is if you are looking for anything to either wear under or over or by itself within the active bracket come here. You'll find accessories along the way. The store is clean, organized and the staff has always been very friendly. In fact since I've been coming here there are a few loyal workers who have been with me since the beginning. It's always nice to see a familiar face. And if you suddenly get hungry or thirsty or feel the need to go shopping when leaving the store you'll find an Aldi, liquor store, Petco, McDonalds, Chilis add more in the strip which is perfect.

Two cashiers at the register, one manager right next to them, line of 12 people... super long wait…read moreand super slow doing everything. What frustrated me was the lack of care (and attention) for how long the line was. The cashiers didn't even notice, or try to ring items up a bit faster. Manager moved even slower so no help there. The woman that rang me up had to switch registers due to a glitch on the computer- no problem. The speed at which she was moving, problem, because it caused the line to get backed up and people were getting impatient. She assumed my frustration was due to switching to a new register- it wasn't. It was the lack of attention from both cashiers about how quickly the line was building and adapting, aka doing your best to get people in and out. Now I don't know if this was the best they could do or if they were new but this whole experience could have been better. Instead the two cashiers chitchatted about everything under the sun, slowly typed in peoples' emails, slowly asked about signing up for a card, slowly took the tags off, and slowly packed everything into the bag. This is why Sierra has a ton of online orders- too slow when you come into the store which is unfortunate because the store has good stuff. Dear Sierra, please train cashiers to move quickly when lines are long and more importantly, having the awareness to notice that.

I noticed all the 5-star reviews are over a year old. I understand why - I've been going to this…read morejeweler for over a decade and I also thought he was top of the line. However, I recently purchased a 14 karat gold locket from him. The gold was so thin (although over $700), that it dented when it was opened and re-closed. Then the next time it was opened, it would no longer close. Since it was only a few weeks old, I brought it back to be repaired. Maj couldn't fix it, so he sent it out to be fixed. However, it came back in worse than it was when I dropped it off and it was no longer wearable. I asked to exchange it for a more expensive piece and I would pay the difference. However, he said no exchanges even though there was a sign right there that said, "No returns. Exchanges only." I left in tears, as it was meant to be a sentimental piece in memory of my child's best friend who had just passed away. I'm still praying Maj does the right thing and contacts me to take the piece back.
