However, we each had to replace our last retainer at a cost. We opted to used their own 3D printer retainers to save $, but after ours came apart, just normal "wear & tear" we were charged $150 & given Invisalign brand. In our original contract if a retainer breaks and we still have the mold the cost was $50. If they can't guarantee their own line of retainers to hold up then the final retainer we leave with shouldn't be their own, give us an Invisalign then and factor this into the package price from the beginning. Again, great service, would recommend but I don't like the extra charge after services were rendered.

When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. He screamed at me (at 10 years old) because I was silently crying during an appointment that he decided it shouldn't hurt. Mind you, I wasn't moving a muscle because at this point I was already terrified of him and his temper. When he saw that silent tear come down my cheek he flew into a rage. After, he turned to the kid in the chair next to me, who was also a classmate of mine at the time, and said, "can you believe what a little baby she's being? I bet you'll behave like a big boy." Just sick and creepy. My parents confronted him and he yelled at them that I was "being a baby and nothing hurt so it wasn't appropriate for me to cry". Thankfully my mom insisted on being in the room for future appointments and we eventually left because he couldn't control his vitriol. If you hate kids, you can choose not to treat them? This guy loves money too much to take that option, I guess. My siblings and I all have had to get corrective surgery due to his poor treatments, and he once tried to bully my parents into putting my sister in braces for 2+ years (and thousands of dollars) to fix a slightly misaligned tooth in the back of her mouth, which could neither be seen, nor had any negative impact on her, otherwise. I had buried this trauma, until I saw he sponsored a little league team in my new town, having moved an hour away from his original office, I was shocked that he still has a license, let alone has been able to expand. Truly terrifying. He should not be around children.

I have found my new dentist!…read more Full disclosure: I have an irrational fear of the dentist and my last dental visit was over 10 years ago. A few weeks ago I visited a dentist and was told I needed a number of things done - 11 cavities, 1 crown, a night guard (even though I told this dentist that I didn't grind my teeth, nor did I preference one side while chewing), as well as a deep gum cleaning. The total charge out of pocket was going to be 4k after my insurance. I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Gasperini. Dr. Gasperini was so kind and gentle and explained everything that he was going to do before doing it. I never had any of those awkward moments where my mouth was left open needlessly. Very aware of the comfort level of his patients. In the end, Dr. Gasperini told me I needed only one filling! Only one filling! I trust this doctor completely, and have found my new dentist. Thanks, Dr. Gasperini. Oh and PS, his office is nicer than my house.

Multiple calls have either gone completely unanswered or I get the generic reply of "your file is on the top of the pile for the billing person to take a look at to see if we can help with the cost." They have been dodging my calls for over a year and I get a bill every month saying I need to pay. Every month I call and get told it is on the "top of the pile". Called again today and was told that no one looked into it, no one was going to look into it, and that I am out of luck. Dentists are great, the billing after has been a disaster. I would avoid for anything other than a basic cleaning.
