We again went to C2 and he has gone from a 53% grade, up to a 72% now. Mr Young, who runs the show, is always helpful, interested in the students, and will bend over backwards to make things happen. I can highly recommend C2 Education on Hebron Rd, Carrollton. It was only a pleasure dealing with everyone at this facility.

As a mom of two sons, I learned a lot of parenting skills from Ms. Alicia. My son loves her! The school is clean and organized; with nice decorations along different holiday themes. The school provides nutritious breakfast, lunch and healthy snacks with variety. The tuition rate is reasonable, especially including all food and art/school supplies. On top of the regular curriculum, the school also offers extracurricular activities, which is a convenience for busy parents. We highly recommend Xplor Carrollton! We were expecting him to still be a little emotional as he was still on daily pain medication, but were surprised to be called 2 out of 5 days to pick him up within 2 hours of drop off. I would think that they would have floaters and processes to help a child adjust to a new program. I requested in writing footage of his meltdown with his teacher on Friday, and never received a response. We were then phoned on Friday afternoon by the Director, stating that they were not equipped to provide care for my son and that a refund check for the weeks I had paid in advance would be waiting for me to pickup the following Monday. I requested my application fee also be refunded, and the school has refused. My son is now at day 5 in what was originally our 2nd choice daycare and has not had any incidents. I wish we would have went with them in the first place and not relied on the Primrose name.
