If it weren't for the Tutoring Club, my grades would've suffered quite a bit. While I was still in 8th grade, I caught the flu and missed 2 weeks worth of school. Of course, since I wasn't feeling well at all, I couldn't keep up with my homework. When I returned back to school, you can probably imagine how frustrated I felt with all the piled up schoolwork. I needed a way to get back up onto my feet again, so my mom went in search for a tutor and happened upon this place. I'm so glad she did because the tutors here are super friendly and helpful. They also provide a comfortable environment for you to learn in. Now I'm transitioning into 9th grade, and they're preparing me for the classes I'll be taking. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS & NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDREN I'm saddened to see such an unethical business in education being present in our communities. Here is our story: We recently moved to the area and was searching for tutoring for our 2nd grader. I came across this center and liked all the great reviews on Yelp. I spoke with Nate(center co-director or w) over the phone and scheduled an assessment session after his talks about high standards. I should have at least suspected but never experienced a business in children's education to be very unethical. While he was charging $100, I was told that it will be ALL refunded either we choose to go or no-go. On the day of the assessment, we met with the center director, Tristan and were given the tuition info. We said we will decide and call in. We decided to not to go as it was very difficult to get into the location as this center is located on the busy side of Allen. When I called about $100 reimbursement, Nathan initially told me that he will have to talk to Tristan and would get back to me. After a week, he didn't so I called him again. This time he said that he couldn't refund as he MISSPOKE about the refund policy, and when I asked to talk to Tristan he said he will pass my concerns so Tristan could contact me. I don't think Nathan misspoke about the refund but he intentionally did it to scam as most of their practices are. This all happened about 2 months ago and till date, none ever contacted me. My title of "RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS & NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILDREN" is appropriate for a business that's in education and where we trust them with our most precious gifts, our children. I would NEVER trust this business as they simply failed at the basics of keeping their word, hence I wouldn't leave them or trust my kid's education future with this business. It's a shame to see this type of business in education around our communities. read more

This place is the best tutoring center ever... My daughter's grades in Math and Reading just improved through tutoring Club of Allen in two month . She went in her report cards from 2 to 3 which are never happened before.. She is a fifth grader and she needed big time help and thank God I found it her and recently in her Staar Test she got 90 in her reading Staar ... I tried Tutoring Club for my daughter and when she was first assessed, had gaps going back to 4th grade in math. Her grades were mediocre at best. We started our son Mason there April of 2016. He is excited to go and after a few weeks I could really tell a difference when he was trying to read. He would try to sound out the words unlike before. He did better there then with his Kindergarten teacher who failed to communicate that he was not doing well in school. I didn't want to have to hold him back a year, because the lack of support she didn't give. She was retiring and pretty much checked out at the beginning of the school year. I had already addressed my concern of this at the beginning of school year at our parent teacher conference. It has been well worth every penny so far. I am glad with their help he has a chance to succeed and is enjoying his experience. read more
