Everyone I have spoke with there is knowledgable about what they're doing. The facility is clean and always looks nice. In the waiting room there has a space dedicated for kids. I am so disappointed to see such bad reviews because that office is so much better than two bad reviews on yelp. I started going to Amelia East Family Dentistry in 2014 my previous dentist (which I had been with since childhood) was outrageous with his prices and rude about the sad situation of my teeth. I then went to another dentist that a family friend recommended and got treated even worse and called a liar. Still nothing was fixed with my teeth. A family friend recommended me to Dr. Pierce after I shared what was happening and I went there. Dr. Pierce then did a full check up and x-rays on my mouth. Then came up with a comprehensive plan, which was a total of six visits, to get my teeth healthier. Which was so much better I knew what each visit would consist of and close to how much I would be paying at the end of each visit. I hope this gives some more insight to help whomever is looking for a dentist find the right one!

Both the doctor and his dental hygienists are professional, personable and gentle when it comes to the routine cleaning. Fillings are relatively quick and painless. My family has had more complicated procedures and are pleased with the results. Dr. Terry also referred me to a great orthodontist as a teenager and oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal. He is also skilled in preventing, detecting, and treating dental problems in their early stages. Although he is closed on Fridays, Dr. Terry goes out of his way for emergency procedures. A few years ago, the Frost practice relocated to a new office. It has ample parking in comparison to his former location. The facilities are clean and modern, each equipped with a television to watch movies while you're being worked on. Dr. Terry's services are affordable and is in-network with most insurance companies as well. Even if you don't live near Bethel, Dr. Terry is well worth the time traveling across Cincinnati!

And I have to say, its true and I am very surprised there are no reviews for his practice. I have been coming here since before I can remember. I have never had a cavity so really all I could speak to before were the cleanings. Which have always been great, but today I went in for an hour long procedure and the lady taking care of me was a doll. She calmed my anxiety and Dr. Godfroy was talking me through it the whole way. My worst fear is being "tricked." I know that sounds dumb, but I had a nurse once say I wasn't going to get a shot, and then stabbed me with a needle and I passed out. I would much rather know what is coming so my expectations are on point and he made sure I was aware, but not to worry. The procedure was painless and I am sitting here wondering why I got myself so freaked out about it. I had the laughing gas, and the numbing agent and I couldn't feel any pain. Zip. Zero. Dr. Godfroy tells it like it is, in a charming and very comforting way. He has been in the industry forever and his knowledge is incredible. That stigma of the crazy dentist in movies has finally suppressed in my mind and I feel safe and confident that if I ever have any problems Dr. Godfroy will take care of me and do what is in my best interest.

She never pressures you into any treatment and listens to your concerns. I had several cosmetic issues I wanted corrected and a number of dentists throughout the years rolled their eyes at me like I was being so superficial. After getting my braces off over 10 years ago, I had number of yellow stains on my teeth that were very bothersome to me. Two previous dentists told me there was nothing I could do and I should have flossed better as a young teenager. The damage was done and I was stuck with these stains. Dr. Hayden was the first dentist who was willing to help, and not only that but she explained how simple it was to correct the problem (honestly, it took her 30 minutes). I've also had a problem with Novocaine wearing off on my upper row of teeth. Other dentists acted like I was faking the pain I was feeling. Dr. Hayden explained that it's not uncommon for some patients to metabolize the Novocaine faster than others. Whenever I'm in a procedure with her, she always checks on my comfort level and administers more Novocaine before the pain sets in. I liked her so much that I brought my four year old in to see her and he actually likes the dentist! Can you believe it? Also, when you refer a new patient, you get a set of professional grade teeth bleach for free! They are awesome! All of her bleaching procedures are done at cost and are shockingly inexpensive. Thanks to Dr. Hayden, I'm no longer afraid of the dentist and I'll be a patient with her until she retires!
