There is always ample parking out front and it is a safe area. They are located on the main floor, just follow the signs and you can find it easy peasy. The staff is always super nice and attentive. I am always greeted when walking in and not left to wonder if I need to sign in or if I am going to be left waiting or anything. I have always been taken back in a timely manner and have never had to be there more than maybe 45 minutes in total for a routine visit. Dr. Ott is super nice and a great dentist. The hygienists are always thorough, painless, and thoughtful. They think about the whole picture of your oral/teeth health and take your insurance into account when deciding on testing. Single mom of three, veteran, council member, genuinely someone who tries to do good and give back to the community. My downfall, as a single working mom juggling so much sometimes I run late when putting adding something new to our life. I sought out this dentist solely due to what I thought was shared beliefs. I have a son who is twelve and has a fear of shots and has two cavities. I was ten minutes late and let my son go inside first while I parked, got my one year old daughter out of the car, and sent a work text. I hadn't gone through anything like this before and for some reason I was under the impression that he would go in get gas, there would be some time to allow it to go into effect and then it would be time for the fillings which I intended to be inside for. I had already spoken to the dentist about the laughing gas and requested it for my son at our last visit. I got a call from the front staff asking if I was coming in to which I said yes. I was not told at that time that they were waiting for me. When I came in my son was in the waiting area in a chair crying. The dentist pulled me back to his office ridiculed me stating he was not going to treat my son said "I'm not dealing with this", "this is a waste of everyone's time", "I'm not starting my day like this", reiterated the fact that I was late and I should've been in there. All this while he sees me holding my one year old and just kind of insinuating I was being a bad parent and my son was the bad kid that's just too much for him. My boys are so sweet don't get in trouble at home or school just one has a fear of needles and I wasn't aware of the full process. I thought I had time and wanted to avoid my daughter freaking out disrupting clients so I was trying to not have her in there the entire time, but I hadn't realized there wouldn't be much time in between my son receiving his shot and getting started. It would have been nice when I received the call to come in to know your son is emotional/hysterical and needs you. I kind of just thought they were checking to ensure I was here before they treat and that I didn't drop him off and/or that I would need to pay immediately. Hind sight is twenty twenty and I wish I would've planned ahead for school traffic and just walked in at the same time. Either way it would've been nice to be treated with grace instead of harshness, judgement, criticism, frustration, and rejection. The front staff and dental hygienists we encountered were extremely sweet and kind, but apparently the dentist we saw only is when we are not an inconvenience. Doesn't help that I just so happen to be of brown complexion. So if you tend to run behind or you yourself or children need some TLC I would recommend checking with another dentist office or trying a pediatric dentist.

They also open as early as 8am, which will be convenient for future appointments (getting it out of the way before my busy work day gets underway). I originally called to set up a visit with a prosthodontist, which they confirmed they were able to take care of 6 months ago. Once I finally sat in the dirty exam chair and asked why I was there, they then told me they have never been a prosthodontist and couldn't even recommend one in town because they don't know of any. Then why did they make me wait 6 months telling me they could do it just to get me there, bill my insurance, and tell me they can't help me. I would never recommend this place. Not even if you're looking for a paperback copy of the Bible which they have signs saying they hand those out and to ask for one. It's a joke and an insurance racket. Plain and simple.

I proceeded to book an appointment online which was extremely convenient. You can easily sign up for a time and even fill out your patient information prior to arrival... which can be a time saver! Once I arrived at my scheduled appointment I was impressed with everything from start to finish. The waiting area is very clean and has plenty of drink options including coffee and water (never considered coffee before a cleaning, but to each their own lol). When it was time for the appointment I first met with my dentist, Dr. Hampton, in the consultation room and he went over what I could expect for the day and asked me some general questions regarding my oral health. I was then taken to a different room so I could have the xrays completed by the technician. Let me say this, they have some high tech machines! Definitely state of the art equipment that left me confident they were getting a good picture of my mouth. Not to mention they physically take pictures of your mouth. After that I was taken to the procedure room where I sat comfortably waiting for Dr. Hampton. While I waited I was able to watch my own personal tv and control the channel and volume. Nice touch! The actual cleaning is what you can expect! Dr. Hampton does a thorough job and is sure to explain each step with you. Even with the minor issues I had we discussed a treatment plan moving forward. I felt confident that he really cared about me as a patient and was giving me excellent care. Even at the end of the day he extremely personable and patient. Honestly EVERYONE at the office was so friendly and helpful. From the desk staff to the technicians to the actual dentists. I will be sure to return and I highly recommend checking them out!!!
