It consisted of several pieces of skin-on mostly dark meat chicken, house made slaw and I think a little mayo. I took off the chicken skin. It wasn't crispy and I don't care for much chicken skin. Even doing that, it had good flavor. A nice blend of spices and a little spiciness. I didn't eat it right away but it was still good. Like I said, I ordered this sandwich the next day. This time I ate it soon after ordering. The roll was still warm and slightly crunchy. I liked even more when eating it "fresh." I removed the skin on this one too.
