He was so honest regarding what veneers would and would no do for me (as I have tetracycline staining from in utero) when he could have easily taken my money and let me be unhappy in the long run. And he didn't! He took the time to explain pros and cons (for my circumstances) and helped me develop a plan to get my best smile! To say a 5 hour drive was worth every minute says a lot! And it was!! Thank you Dr DeCasperis, Susie, and team for everything!! Happy New Year and see you soon!

A good dental experience ruined by unfair billing and general greed…read more My family was visiting this office because it was covered by my insurance. It was very nice, they are an "upscale" dental practice, and had all the amenities. The dentist was very pleasant and did good work. Unfortunately, due to an error, my insurance changed to a DMO, and they refused to pay for the work that was done. This change occurred right when we had our whole family go in and have major work done. We received a bill for over $4000 for the work. I called the office to discuss the issue and was told that they would not "help me out" and accept the dollar amount that the insurance would have paid them, but rather were seeking out the full cash price that an uninsured person would pay. There is absolutely no reason for this other than pure greed. They were never going to get $4k for this work, until they discovered I was uninsured. Now they are taking advantage. I'm not asking for charity, but I do want to be treated fairly, especially since they should have pre-qualified me prior to doing the work. There is a silver lining to this story. My new dentist does the same quality of work for almost half the cost, so my after-insurance price is lower.

March 11, 2026 I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lubit…read more My case was a complex one involving an abscess, and I was told there was about a 30% chance of losing the tooth. Thanks to Dr. Lubit, the root canal procedure was performed flawlessly, painlessly and the tooth was successfully saved. Throughout the process, the doctor was extremely thorough--taking two CBCT scans and three X-rays to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the best treatment plan. What stood out just as much as the technical expertise was the doctor's bedside manner. He explained every step of the procedure in detail and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The office staff was the best --friendly, easy to speak with, and very professional and kind. They consistently followed up and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Dr Lubit is meticulous and dexterous. I will never go anyplace else for an endodontic care.

Adding to the stress, finding a specialist in northern NJ that participated in my dental plan became another challenge. I was lucky that the dentist I go to for my routine care had Dr. Lubit on the list. All this said, from the moment I made my first phone call, my questions were all handled gently, thoroughly and professionally. And then when I got to the office, I was greeted with a smile, processed quickly and brought in on time and on schedule. The office and rooms are clean, the staff is friendly when I met Dr. Lubit, he took the time to shake my hand, introduce himself, listen and explain everything to me. He anticipated all of my questions and I left my visit feeling confident about my next steps. Thank you Dr. Lubit and to your entire staff for making it less scary and for truly caring about what you do!

I was very impressed by the amount of compassion and time he took in order to explain everything so that I made a better decision. The front office was very pleasant and upon me telling them that I had some discomfort they immediately scheduled me without giving me difficulties. They processed my paperwork online and made it a breeze. For the extraction they referred me to Warren oral surgery and I had a unpleasant experience with the front staff at Warren Oral surgery The staff at Oral surgery made it difficult for me to make an appointment and after the appointment I requested the doctor called me with some information and I never got a callback.

The nitrous oxide (laughing gas) made it a lot of fun I mean where else can you get a medically monitored high with no guilt (I'm just joking of course it was used on me for anxiety obviously)? The nitrous oxide AKA NO2 is $75option and they will try and put it through on your insurance. How could they charge so much you ask, because it feels awesome and everyone knows it (better than weed by far in my opinion), plus it makes a miserable procedure go from virtually unbearable to virtually unnoticeable. As far as the professionalism of the office they get top marks. With regards to the doctor that I saw whose name is escaping me right now, he's all business and really knows root canal. They're not just dentists their endodontist which is kind of like a dentist "on steroids" (I hate that expression, I couldn't think of anything better at the moment). Believe it or not the dentist that sent me there "didn't feel comfortable doing root canal it on the molars", I found that kind of strange because I went to a professional, a dentist(!). Apparently this is pretty normal and this is why Endodontists exist. In fact given the skill level I would say go to an endodontist for any root canal, period. The last time I had root canal it was by a regular dentist and you could tell with certain parts of it he was having some issues. So far the tooth is fine, roughly a year later, but you can definitely tell that the extra three years of schooling (fellowship) that the specialists/Endodontists go through teall
