Driving down Ridge Road, about to make a left turn onto a street that leads into a parking lot. Suddenly a car from the cross street on the right pulls out in front of me as I'm about to turn in. Clearly not yielding the right of way to people on the main road.
I honk my horn to say I'm here, wait for me to pull into the street before you go so we don't have wreck.
