However, the owners follow through is seriously lacking and will be costly for me. He did work for me after Hurricane Milton. I needed an invoice for insurance purposes. He sent me an invoice stating I paid $1000 less than what I actually paid him. I contacted him regarding the error and requested a new, corrected invoice. He admitted to the error and stated he would have his wife correct and resend the invoice. Fast forward 2 weeks and multiple requests/reminders from me to him that I need the corrected invoice, he will not respond to me and has not resent the invoice. I understand he is probably very busy, but this is part of owning a business. I can't recommend a business that isn't professional enough to have follow through for their customers.

The company was also "top rated" by Home Advisor. The owner, Bobby Van Allen, came out in a timely manner and assessed the work I needed done (removal of a large tree). He came me a very reasonable estimate which turned out to be about $500.00 less than what was quoted from another company. Bobby was very professional yet friendly. I was impressed with how quickly his employees got the job done and the excellent job they did of clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Central Florida Tree and Debris.

We made the choice to get it cut down sooner than later (later = bigger = more money). We called several companies to give us quotes. Our neighbor highly recommended Seth Mandell of Mandell's Tree Service. We knew Seth was local as we have seen his truck in the neighborhood for years. We contacted him and he came out that day and gave us a price. It was a great price that even included stump grinding (which some companies did not do and would be another cost). He got us in the next week and had our tree down in no time and a massive stump grinder came later. What a job!! Seth raked the area and blew our driveway clean.
