Not only was sod inferior, but the placement was also very poor. Quality of work: Very poor, as attested by my lawn treatment service. Areas were not measured, so not enough sod was purchased. Value: (Job = $2000) He wanted me to give more money for sod even though he said he only paid $600 for sod. He did no soil prep before putting down sod, he left very large gaps between sod, he put sod on top of weeds, he put sod on top of industrial weight weed fabric. He refused to correct the sod being placed on fabric; he refused to finish front yard. Because he refused, I withheld final payment. After much duress & arguments he did finish back but not front. He was paid in full. Also, he dumped all the heavy weed fabric in my neighbor's yard. For some reason pictures not uploading. I'll have to post without picture.

Either I sprayed the weeds or my parents would hire their house cleaner's son to pull out the weeds. Later, I found out my parents (who are in their 90's) were paying $90/mo to have their lawn fertilizer and rock bed weeds killed. I discontinued their weed service. Green 365 were billing my parents for fertilizing monthly by mail, which they were paying. One day they decided to send me their monthly bill by email without telling me or my parents. I opened one of the emails and noticed that they were two months behind on payments and started charging them a $15 late fee. I called Jaye at Green 365, canceled their service, because he was very rude and told me it wasn't his problem. I told them I wasn't paying the $15 late fee because they never contacted me or my parents about the change on billing. They have been billing my parents (92 & 94 years old) who both have memory loss. They have been adding $15 late fee for the past year. My parents just received a bill and was totally upset. Not impressed with this person/company at all. I wonder how many other people they are taking advantage of.

All of the "holes in my St augustine have filled in. My side yards were always weak in growth and these have filled in also. Integrity uses quality products, unlike the previous larger company I was using. I really like that they give me a full Inspection report at every visit/application each month, where I can see what products and amounts were applied to my lawn.I have no idea what the other company was putting into my lawn each month.
