They've never been on top of keeping them trimmed and if I ever mentioned it was met with excuses or double talk. Attatched below is the original agreement to how my bushes should look and how they are today after "firing me" for being frustrated with bad service. This person says I wasn't specific in which bushes I wanted trimmed, I mean how could I possibly be more specific?

Thanks to Lawn Enforcement for returning my call after their work hours. I had an emergency where…read moremy sprinklers were all running even though my Rainbird System was completely off. Me being a brand new home owner, I had no idea what was going on. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need. They are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! We greatly appreciate their help!

I paid $3000 in May for a re-design of two beds in front of my house. It was way more than I was…read moreable to do on my own, so I took bids and went with Andrew. I requested low maintenance, nice looking, plantings. Big mistake. THE BEGINNNING: 1. They ripped out my young gardenia bush, which I had babied for months and finally gotten to bloom, which I said I wanted to keep. 2. The in ground sprinkler was damaged when the large bushes were pulled out, and owner said they would come by and take a look to repair any damage they did. 3. They were supposed to plant a new bush to complete a small hedge but it was on back order. Promised to be in within a week or two and they'd come back to plant. 4. He had one person doing all of the work and no heavy machinery. They tied the bushes to a truck and pulled them out that way. THE REVEAL: It looked great at first. To my untrained eye, the new layout, plants and mulch looked fantastic. I was pretty sure that my curb appeal had increased and was quite happy with it. He promised to come back in a week or two to fix the sprinkler, install the new bush, and check on the plantings. He also said that he would replace any plants that died. I could picture the finished product and was excited about it. THE OUTCOME: After many texts to the owner of "will you be out this week to check the broken sprinkler, put in the hedge, and replace the plants that have died"...excuses, followed by promises, followed by no shows, followed by ghosting and more excuses. By many texts, I mean at least one text a week...since May. 122 days of my life, spent trying to keep this guy on track to finish the job. IT HAS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS MAN! COME ON, IT'S SO DISAPPOINTING. I have kids, I'm a busy woman, I don't have time to keep a business owner on schedule too. It is incredibly irresponsible. I understand that staffing, equipment, life issues happen. I was a small business owner and tried to be considerate, but this is insane. Weeds have popped up all over (they didn't put down any weed screen). The plants he chose were not the best options for the space as they've matured, and many have died. For example, They planted grasses around the "focal point" hibiscus, and the grasses grew over 4 feet tall, completely obstructing, and almost killing the hibiscus. I still have a gap in the hedge and many of the plants have died or not taken well to the space. I'm left with a $3000 hole in my pocket, front beds that require a few hours a week of yard work & still don't look great, and a level of frustration that is unlike me. I'm now collecting bids, from highly rated companies in the area, to come out and fix what Proscapes did, at my own cost.
