I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need.
