Dr. Berry at Rehab Options is truly fantastic. After suffering through two car accidents in a short period of time there were a lot of things going on and causing a lot of pain. He listened patiently, explained what he thought was going on and came up with a treatment plan that has helped immensely. In a day where so many doctors are either dismissive or too busy to care, he takes time, he listens and shows genuine concern and compassion. And again unlike some other offices the staff is friendly, efficient and thankfully appointments are always on time. Dr Hatzakis changed my life. I've been experiencing debilitating pain in my right shoulder and was having difficulty driving and performing basic functions like opening the microwave. Dr. Hatzakis gave me a lengthy and thorough exam. He was not in a hurry and showed compassion for the pain i was experiencing. I've never had a doctor invest so much time into figuring out what was causing the pain. The treatment dramatically reduced the pain and I was able to have my first good nights sleep in months. 've been dealing with foot pain for years and getting treatment for various diagnoses from plantar fasciitis to diabetic neuropathy, to tarsal tunnel, but the pain just kept slowly building up, and I was unable to get sound sleep. Dr. Hatzakis got me into a neurologist who determined that I don't have neuropathy, despite having type 2 diabetes, and that my pain is due to my calves and hamstrings being way too tight. I'm on a program of stretches, and he's given me some steroid injections. Combined, I'm seeing improvement and am finally sleeping soundly again. read more

Dr Kevin Berry wasted my time. His staff was excellent and friendly. Tons of paperwork, time off work, yet confusion with scheduling and showed up at 2:45 when check in is at 2:30 PM and actual appt is at 2:45. Decided he didn't have enough "time" to see me today. Even when presented with willing option of a intro appointment instead of full length appt if we had reduced time. I will seek another referral. Someone needs to come down off the high horse and address possible self-importance issues. read more

Dr Kevin Berry and Dr Igor Uritskiy are both excellent doctors. They have very different styles - Dr Berry is more laidback and discussion-oriented, while Dr Uritskiy is much more in charge and directive. They really are some of the best Physiatrists I have ever worked with. Compassionate and extremely knowledgeable, they have helped me in many ways - through diagnosis to referral to excellent specialists with whom they work closely. I can't recommend them enough. Their office staff are fabulous too. My life would be quite dysfunctional without them. read more

The Doctor's advice, massage therapy, and Physical Therapy are all top notch! After posting and sharing my review with ROI, they finally got back to me and I finally got to meet with the medical director. He didn't offer any financial relief for having to go to a new doctor and repeat everything. But he did have his doctor call and apologize. As for the apology... the best thing I can say is that the Doctor called. He still wanted to say this particular "sprained ankle" was a particularly difficult case and it would still take 2 months to diagnose... so therefore his actions were just??? But he owned not listening to the concerned father...??? Uh, yea, I have experienced better doctors. read more

Dr. Uritzkiy and Dr. Berry have completely changed my life. I'm very serious. Before I became a patient 8 years ago, I had no relief. My pain completely took over my life and I was a slave to the pain. I had to use a walker and within 1 year of physical therapy and getting injections and guided ESI, I have a life again. The negative comments confuse me. I have had nothing but awesome experiences there and the staff is amazing. read more

I saw Dr. Uritsky here and he was the second worst doctor I've ever encountered. I was having terrible body pain for months on end, and Dr. Uritsky was one of the first doctors I saw for the problem. He spent about 10 minutes with me, then told me I had fibromyalgia, but refused to actually explain what fibromyalgia was. He gave me steroid injections in my back and immediately put me on a narcotic and an antidepressant. I was too young and too naive at the time to question what a doctor told me to do, but I absolutely should have. I had a mild allergic reaction to the antidepressant so I kept calling his office to find out what to do; he never responded personally, and his receptionist eventually told me to stop taking it, rather than weaning off of it slowly, so I ended up having a terrible, suicidal, 24-hour breakdown. When I eventually saw another doctor who recommended a few blood tests to see what might be causing the "fibromyalgia," I went back to see Dr. Uritsky to get his opinion. He laughed in my face and told me there's no way any of the suggested tests would be positive. Turned out 4 out of 5 of them were positive, and I could easily be treated for the problems with vitamins and supplements, rather than the harsh drugs that Dr. Uritsky prescribed. I also eventually got told I had hyper mobile SI joints and really flat feet, which were both causing a ton of pain, but fixable. It seemed to me that as a physiatrist, Dr. Uritsky should have at least looked at how I stood/walked/moved, rather than just diagnosing me with the "incurable" fibromyalgia. I would not recommend Dr. Uritsky to anyone who is actually looking for a solution to their problems; based on my experience, seems like he'll just give you some drugs and push you out the door. read more

Dr. Berry really tries to figure out what's going on. He does take the time. I have two major issues because of botched Back Surgery, and revision. So many options of narrowing down on what happened. We brought my Mother to this facility to recover and have rehab after a hip replacement surgery based on the 5 star reviews. However, my Mother had a terrible experience at the Issaquah Nursing and Rehab center. She was put in a room with a woman that was in hospice care, this was very disturbing and depressing. My mother also witnessed one of the nurse aids being abusive towards her elderly room mate, which she did report to the proper sources. The physical therapy was not satisfactory, and the therapists did not come during the scheduled times. The room was very cramped, and the staff would often put my Mother's wheelchair out of her reach. The staff did not bring her medications on time, and were often heard talking very loudly in the hallway late at night. There was very little privacy in the room, especially with visitors coming for her room mate. Insurance approved a stay of 7 days, at the end of this period my father and I asked the facility how to proceed. They said that they needed to keep my mother additional days, and that insurance approved this. My mother stayed 3 more days before being discharged, and later found out that insurance did not approve the last 3 days, as previously stated by the facility. Now my parents are facing extra charges from the rehab facility because insurance will not cover the additional days. We would not recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I went to ROI after months of back pain issues that were causing pain while breathing. Chiropractic treatments were no help. After an adjustment the pain would be back in hours. I was referred to ROI from a co-worker. When I went to ROI, it was not what I expected. I thought they'd give me a shot then send me on my way. Instead, Dr. Brand sat with me and we discussed my symptoms. He then proceeded to discuss our options and advised me that my best option was to strengthen my core through Physical Therapy. We set up a plan together and did baseline strength tests. This is the first time I remember a doctor actually sitting down with me to discuss my systems and empowering me to heal myself without just prescribing medication and dismissing me. I worked with their Physical Therapist, Greg Fore, for 4 weeks and started seeing great progress after only 2 to 3 weeks. It was great having ROI to help me get back the last part of my summer and finally be able to to play with my kids again. read more

I had an appointment set up since last week and they never called to inform me that they needed more information about my insurance until time of appointment. At that time they informed me that they were unable to verify I was covered (again could of called me anytime) and that I would not be able to be seen. I live in S Renton and set aside time to go to this clinic because Swedish told me they were good. I wasted gas and time just to be treated like a little kid by their extremely rude receptionist, and obviously I was there because I am in extreme pain. There are just too many rehab places in King Co to have to deal with being smiled at and talked down to, when you know you wasted my time and money (gas) to come there. I hate people that smile and enjoy wasting my time... I suggest any potential new clients find another place to go...which there are many, may I suggest Peak Sports in Bellevue they're friendly when your in pain. read more
