The exam rooms have wall mounted tv's that play cartoons to keep the kids distracted during the exam. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist was super nice and happy. This is definitely a gem because they accept Child Health Plus plans (CHP). Usually the places that accept CHP are dingy with a clinical feel to them. This practice feels like one of those upscale places that takes very high end insurance. Will totally recommend.

Unfortunately, I felt like my pain was dismissed. My appointment ended in about 20 minutes, and I was sent home with antibiotics and pain medication. That was essentially it. I was then scheduled for another appointment three weeks later. Three weeks is a long time to wait when you are specifically coming in because you are already in pain. It honestly left me wondering, what exactly was I supposed to do with the pain in the meantime? My appointment was originally scheduled for September 30, but today, September 26, I called because I'm still experiencing pain despite taking the prescribed medication, which makes me concerned that something isn't right. Thankfully, they were able to move my appointment up to September 28. So, I'm giving my experience 3 stars for now because I'm not impressed or happy with the service I've received so far. However, I also want to be fair: this is still an ongoing situation, and my opinion could change depending on what happens at my appointment Monday. So for now, this is a "to be continued" review. Overview: May 17, 2025, Dr Thomas repeatedly talked about women's breasts to me as he was cleaning my teeth. I am not a woman, regardless, that Dr Thomas who had never seen be before felt perfectly as ease talking and even singing about women's breast for over 20 mins leads me to believe there is widespread sexual harassment at this facility. And yes, it is sexual harassment even if you are not the object of sexual desire. I didn't ask for his comments. Dentistry has nothing to do with the female anatomy. Nov 21, 2025 (today) I saw Nikki. Her erratic behavior, negligence and constant distractions made me end the appointment shorty after it began. I first told her a sanitized overview of how inappropriate Dr Thomas was to which she immediately told me to "watch what I say". She made statements unrelated to the appointment like "I already had a meltdown over my phone today". I didn't know if this was a conversation opener, if she was on blue tooth, or just sharing thoughts. She also would break into song. She refused to acknowledge when she was being painful in cleaning. She threatened that if I didn't relax the instrument would be "dangerous" in my mouth like a "chainsaw". I'm 51. Going to the dentist isn't a new experience. These threats and dentists singing and talking about breasts are NOT common. When Nikki refused to acknowledge my audible discomfort, my hand signals and gestures, I ended the session. There is something deeply problematic about this location and staff. No one has followed up on my complaints about Dr Thomas. There seems to be a defensive wall to protect foul behavior. They'll submit the claim, which surprisingly hasn't always been my experience. Big comfy purple chair, nice folks, air purifiers everywhere, kids tv mounted up on the wall, grab bag of toothpaste, toothbrush, and a timer , and finally a grab bag table of goodies. The last one is fun because you get just one leaving you looking forward to the next time. All good things for the first time.
