    I went to Dr. FITZPATICK after years away. He did a tremendous job restoring my smile . I couldn't give him a higher recommendation.

    I am frustrated by the lack of explanations and potentially unnecessary drilling they wanted to do…read more They told me I had six cavities, this surprised me so I consulted another dentist. That dentist said that they would recommend only one filling, that the others had weakened enamel but not to the point they recommend fillings as tooth material is better. (That dentist also didn't want to replace a filling that I repeatedly questioned as it's sensitive, and explained why. I felt a lot more comfortable elsewhere) Mainly also annoyed by the lack of response I got from them when trying to figure out a miscommunication where I was told a lower number then saw the treatment plan for more cavities. The cleaning was fine but the rest was bad and made me stressed.

    It is one issue after another with this practice. Beware, your dental visit does not end after you…read moreleave the office. Be prepared for lost time, money, and patience with their poor insurance and billing practices. These include billing your visit as out-of-network even though it is verifiably in-network, and receiving bogus bills months later and getting yelled at by office staff that "you signed paperwork that you'd be responsible for any payments not covered by insurance" and then, after numerous attempts, having office staff tell you that it was their error after all and everything was covered by insurance. Reading over other reviews, it seems like they have the same systematic practice across patients. For my experiences, it's at the level of questionable billing and insurance practices, but for other patients it sounds like they are making bogus claims about dental issues when second opinions suggest they don't exist. The common theme, in my opinion and shared by other reviews, is that the bottom line is "money" rather than "patient care." I have asked to talk to a dentist about the poor billing/office staff experiences and was never contacted. Everyone else in the office has been great, but the front desk staff completely ruined the experience. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and disrespectful. She repeatedly interrupted me and would not even let me finish my sentences while I was trying to ask a simple question about my bill. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. At one point, the other male front desk staff member had to step in and offer help because he could clearly see what was happening and seemed to feel bad about the situation. I appreciated his willingness to help, but it should never have had to get to that point. I also spoke with another person who had a horrible experience with the same individual at the desk, so this clearly does not seem like an isolated issue. Patients should be able to ask questions about their charges without being spoken to in an aggressive or dismissive way. It creates a very hostile environment and reflects poorly on the entire office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the office staff has otherwise been very good.

She was very thorough, detail orientated and nice. She explain things to you and provide guidelines when needed. Her work was gentle and will use proper force when needed. One of my best cleaning experience at Michael Garber's office so far.

    Premier Endodontics…read more Ok, I usually only write reviews for restaurants so this is new to me. And this may be as important as your next meal in the North End or the Seaport! Like many (or most?) I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist or endodontist! I've had my share of visits and it's never as bad as you're expecting but it's not something you look forward to or look back on fondly..and you all know what I mean! Well, Premier Endodontics at 271 Waverly Oaks Road in Waltham, MA has changed that. From the easy check in with Henry, seamless connection and billing of insurance and any out of pocket expenses, to the explanation of their procedure. I had a short wait and was greeted by Dr Jones' dental assistant, Sabrina. Also, the office and their equipment and stuff seem very modern and the office was impeccably clean and comfortable. Sabrina greeted me and brought me to a room and explained what they would be doing and started with x rays. Shortly after the x-rays I was greeted by Doctor Jones who could not be more personable and professional! She explained what they would be doing to fix my cracked tooth. I needed a root canal and a temporary filling, then a second appointment for the permanent filling, and finally I would go back to my dentist who would install a crown. She also explained that they would first numb my mouth to desensitize it before administering "anesthesia" which I'm guessing was Novocain? When it was time to inject she was obviously more skilled than the last person I had seen years ago..I barely felt a thing! Not sure if technology has progressed but it numbed me up quickly and I didn't feel a thing!! All the drilling, grinding, hands, tools, and suction tube and not a bit of pain or even discomfort!! It is clear that Doctor Jones and her assistant worked extremely well together. They communicated and executed the procedure like clockwork and even played some decent music while they went about their business. (I'd recommend Yacht Rock or Classic Rock as opposed to Metallica or Snoop Dogg!) Disclaimer: They both sing while working and neither of them will ever be a contestant on American Idol! . However...it was very soothing and kind of reassuring of their confidence in what was clearly a routine procedure for them, but can be a bit daunting for 99% of us who cringe when we hear the words ROOT CANAL!! I returned for the second appointment to have the permanent filling installed and it went just as well as the first. The entire staff were so professional and seem like family to each other, which was very welcoming and reassuring to someone who doesn't go to the "dentist" much! I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was with Premier Endodontics and highly recommend them!! Thank you Doctor Jones, Sabrina, and Henry!!

    My last endodontist was excellent, but she retired, so I was a little trepidatious about going to a…read morenew one. Turns out, there was no cause for fear. I had a root canal yesterday with Dr. Henriquez. She's top notch. Competent, caring, kind, and very clear in her explanations. Brianna her dental assistant was great, too, as was, Henry, at the front desk. They fit me in last minute, and got me all the way across the finish line on the same day. Highly recommend this practice!
