That dentist said that they would recommend only one filling, that the others had weakened enamel but not to the point they recommend fillings as tooth material is better. Reading over other reviews, it seems like they have the same systematic practice across patients. For my experiences, it's at the level of questionable billing and insurance practices, but for other patients it sounds like they are making bogus claims about dental issues when second opinions suggest they don't exist. The common theme, in my opinion and shared by other reviews, is that the bottom line is "money" rather than "patient care." I have asked to talk to a dentist about the poor billing/office staff experiences and was never contacted. Patients should be able to ask questions about their charges without being spoken to in an aggressive or dismissive way.
