His familiarity with Harvard's campus helped us capture photos at several meaningful locations while making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. Most importantly, Mark focused on creating a great experience, not just taking pictures. I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for graduation or family photography in the Boston/Cambridge area.

Then about 2 months before our wedding our photographer (not at Visions Forever) was causing us problems and we were afraid she wouldn't actually show up to our wedding. So we told Tim and he was able to help us by getting Nicole from Visions Forever to do our photos for our wedding. We recently got our photos and my god Nicole was absolutely amazing!!! All of our guests have continuously complimented us on our choice for photos and video because they were so great! You honestly can't go wrong when you hire Visions Forever. They are extremely talented!!! Thank you so much, Tim, Maddie and Nicole!!! We are forever grateful to you for capturing our special day!!! And I plan to use them again!!!

I found Visions Forever when they had a Groupon deal for transferring VHS tapes to DVD. I see…read morethese deals a lot on Groupon, but you almost always need to send your tapes to some place in CA - or just MAIL them to anyplace - and I didn't want to send the only copy of family members away with the chance of losing them. So I jumped on this deal in Whitman, even though it involved a bit of a drive, and I had never even been to Whitman (but Whitman is where the Toll House Cookie originated, so everyone should go there once!!). Sharon was really nice, called me when they were ready, and worked around my crazy schedule when picking them up. Incredibly easy to find on Route 18.

The photographers were professional, fun and focused. The hour ended up flying by and the pictures turned out beautifully. They ended up capturing everyone's personalities and the photographs turned out very clear/high quality. I cannot recommend them enough!! My Mom keeps talking about how much fun she had and we are all just delighted with the photos. They will get to know you and your family, a sense of what you would like the session to be, find the perfect setting, and the rest is just magic. Whether you want a family session like we did, wedding photos, professional headshots (which we also got), or a photographer for an event - QH will bring their "A Game" wherever there is a skilled photographer needed. They are able to deal with adults who can't be photogenic (like us), kids, pets, and most likely unruly adults. Their methods are top notch and you never feel like you are being bossed around during the session, more like a collaboration between the pros and the subjects. We got a more than adequate session for the price, and the location was picked based on what we were looking for but at the suggestion of the coordinator. We met in Boston Common and traversed most of the common and gardens with our dog, 90 minutes in total. The team was energetic, focused, and very professional with how we grouped shots and areas so we didn't have to go back or waste any time. It was one of the most efficient shoots I've done, which between weddings, family sessions, etc. I probably have 2 dozen sessions under my belt (the quality of the photos due to the subject are questionable at best :P). We had a list of shots that we wanted to do, but the real value added by the team were the suggestions and shots that have worked with them in the past in these familiar locations. The turnaround time on the photos can vary depending on how many edits you would like, but the team is constantly in touch and giving updates on the estimated delivery of your photos. Ours was a little over 2 weeks, but we were not in a rush and the wait was well worth it. Pricing is competitive and beyond reasonable for what you get. We paid a flat rate that was ~25% of another quote we got, and I will be honest - I was worried about the differences in quality because of the significant difference. Those worries were put to bed as soon as we had the session and received the "sneak preview" through Google Drive (their storage and delivery method). As you can see in the attached pictures, we are beyond thrilled with the results. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, team, or price than what QH brought to the table. They are now my go-to recommendation for photographers and we plan to use them again and again in the coming years. I can't recommend them enough between the overall process (initial contact, quote, session planning, location selection, session, sneak preview, and final delivery), the skill of the team, and the value proposition. They may just be growing their business right now, but I've worked with lifelong photographers who don't have as good of a process or product as QH. Highly recommend - 5 stars, 11/10, A+++

Now that he's shot my wedding, there is no doubt that he deserves that perfect rating and more. Michael was incredible to work with from day 1. He communicated promptly and easily and asked all the right questions about our vision for the day. He expressed genuine excitement and had immediate ideas about how he could fit in and enhance the experience. Leading up to the wedding, I never once felt like I had to worry about whether I was a priority to him and whether he would come through (and that most definitely is NOT a given. I should mention that he made me feel this taken care of even though I did NOT book him for an entire day and had a smaller wedding that only required a few hours.) The day of, he was so easy-going and professional. He somehow made everyone feel at ease, remembering family members' names and juggling all personalities and quirks. I felt incredibly hectic and stressed the entire day and somehow Michael made that melt away as soon as he showed up. He was prompt, organized, thoughtful, quick on his feet, and also kind and funny to be around. If that all wasn't enough, he also captured gorgeous photographs (way cooler than I could have imagined, honestly) and had them back to me quickly. I really can't say enough about this experience. He blew us away. He was the shining light of my wedding and by far the best "vendor" decision I made that day.

She does a great job with the photographs but also making clients feel comfortable knowing that it is not a natural thing for those of us who are generally uncomfortable with our picture being taken. Her rates are VERY reasonable. She does a combination of oufits/jewelry, hair in front/to the side, indoors/outdoors. I haven't received the finished product yet but even the proofs came out nice! Tips I learned from getting my photograph taken: yes to getting my hair done and makeup professionally done. If you have long hair, wear some photos of your hair framing your face and keep it simple with the clothing - solid color and textures don't always translate. Also, keep jackets buttoned up as they can gape in an unflattering manner if you are a female with a chest. These tips have nothing to do with Maura's skill at taking photographs (she is, indeed, very skilled) but more to do with you doing your part to ensure a good end result. She is renowned for her editing abilities so I can't wait to get the final photographs but the unedited ones were really good and I am as unphotogenic as they come. If I ever need to take a professional photograph in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Maura. She was very pleasant to work with and talented at her craft.
