Arrived at 8:15 without checking their Facebook for any change of hours. Walked in and tanning attendant immediately said "you know we close at 8:30. The last tanner goes in at 8:15. What were you gonna do?" I couldn't believe how rude she said it. I was so shocked I apologized and walked out. I should also note that I've had a very pleasant experience with 2 girls there, but have always thought the lady I dealt with tonight was abrupt and rude. This was at the Howard location

I don't know where my Membership account card is anymore, but hopefully this On The Dark Side will still have me in their computer now. I hope they will still Have The darkest Tan Lotion I had used before & with decent prices on their tanning minute packages as they did back then, when I used to go tanning there. This morning I received an email from the owner, Tanya accusing me of sticking gum to one of her beds. I do not chew gum so I can assure you it wasn't me. I responded to the email stating so, expecting an apology. Funny how she can take time out of her day to accuse me of something but can't take the time out of her day to apologize. Just a friendly reminder that bad news travels faster than wild fire. If this is how Tanya chooses to treat long time customers I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know how she treats her clientele. Stay blessed though!

Recently enquired about minutes, said they expired or better yet were never applied because the gift card redeemed was more then a year old???. BEWARE - they won't honour gift certificates that are a year old, NOTHING was written on the gift card stating an expiry date, nothing was told to me that they would not honour it. After speaking with Manager their reposnse " its public knowledge that a service gift card expires after 1 year, and I can take my business elsewhere...they have other clients to serve". I thought this was an upstanding business and especially after the year we had, nice to know clients do not mean much. I guess business is business.

I am usually very disappointed in the quality of the paint job. Usually the paint has air bubbles, I have paint on my skin, and/or the nail isn't fully painted. This is the 1st time I was 100% satisfied. This salon is extremely clean and sterile. I didn't have to ask if the foot bath was cleaned or even request an unused nail file/foot buffer. The nail technician did an excellent job painting my nails. My only complaint is that I wish all nail salons operated with these standards. Unfortunately I will have to wait until my next visit to Windsor to get my nails done again. I live in the USA about 500 miles away & it was 100% worth the drive.
