The last few times I've gotten them done, they haven't lasted more than two days. I even asked for them to be secured properly during my most recent visit, and they still started coming off well before a week. It's frustrating to have to pay for a full new set when the lashes don't last, and it honestly feels like a waste of money. I really hope this can be addressed because I enjoy coming here and would love a more consistent experience.

I used to talk junk about Martha Stewart and her claim that facials (rather than surgery) are what have kept her young, but now I get it! Going consistently would dramatically improved my aging skin, and I'd like to make that happen. And even though RKALLIZ isn't really a full service spa, I really appreciate the owner's expert skill and passion for beautiful healthy skin. No amount of spa water or fancy lighting will make up for that! When you walk in, there is a check in desk and pretty dresses; the decor is modern and pink. Everything looks clean and new. You walk back and there is a little waiting area with a couch and some plants - you can see the tailoring/sewing room (such beautiful fabrics!) and a couple of chairs where you can get hair masks and makeup done. There are also 2 private treatment rooms as well as a private event space where you could have a girls' spa day or birthday party. Very cute. This seems like a place where you can get many things done all at once - I'm bringing my pants that need to be hemmed next time! Happy to support a woman-owned business in my neighborhood.

The quality of work you get in this salon can not be found else where. The work done at this salon is so impressive and will definitely have you coming back. Every time I get my eyelashes and eyebrows done here, I ALWAYS receive compliments. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to get their eyebrows or eyelashes done. There is also a nail tech on duty that does quality work as well. Overall, great salon, great quality, and great people.

I have been on a search for a good eyebrow place for a long time. Finally i have found one. The…read morelady that did my eyebrows was courteous , fast and clean. My eyebrows grow weird so while its not impossible to get them "on fleek" it's really hard to do. She made them look really good and gave me a nice arch that i didnt have to supplement with make up. The hours are strange so you wont be able to drop in anytime like normal place but her hours are clearly posted here on yelp. My only suggestion to them would be to work on the atmosphere. It wasnt very pretty inside the store. And no real waiting space which was fine when i went because there was no wait which was awesome! Also while i love dogs i would leave the dog at home because some potential clients could be allergic also not really professional. They do not take credit or debit and thier prices are a little higher than most at 12 dollars but it was worth the extra money for the care that she gives. They have a couple of tweeks to make to get the 5 stars that i really want to give them but other than that i think i have found my new eyebrow place!!

Some of the services I got wasn't exactly written on their services or whatever so I think they just filled in the blank. I was charged for a weave take out or something like that but I had completely natural twists. Also before they even started, I told them I wanted stitch braids or twists again. They said okay, they're gonna call their braiders to come in but they're gonna take down my hair and start the wash anyway. They were probably 30% into taking my hair down when one of the ladies called the braider and she said she couldn't come. Once she hung up, she was telling me I could come back Tuesday because she'd be there then. I don't expect to walk out with any style because they just told me they couldn't and to come back for what I wanted. By the way, this is a place that'll say you're tender headed instead of being more gentle. Even the washer was pretty heavy handed. Anyway, they flat ironed and styled my hair straight with a middle part and charged me for that. I really would've just taken the blow out and left and waited for the people to be there that can actually do what I wanted instead of being charged for something I completely didn't. They charged me around $133 for that, I was expecting to pay around 90 and was gonna come back for a $60 stitch braid style...nope. They were gonna charge me $80 to finish the job and so I had to find a random girl that does hair out of her house to do the braids and she only charged me $45 so I was able to stay within my hair budget. So if you go there, you can't book appointments or really talk to people prior about a plan and you better make sure the people that's there can actually do what you want before you even get started. My hair is long and dense so I'm not worried about any partial refund (not that I think they'd give me one anyway, read their return and refund policies) but I feel I was over charged maybe about $33 at least. Like I said before tho, the women were nice and had a great vibe. A huge plus for me given the fact that I have really bad anxiety is the fact that they have private rooms at first so I didn't have to be around a bunch of people or be embarrassed about them taking down my dirty ass hair. That mix up or whatever you would call it was just frustrating to me.
