What made this even worse was the owner's response afterward, which included claims that directly contradicted my appointment confirmation and what actually happened. They were rude and unwelcoming and was arguing with me because they posted pricing then told me when I got there and he was already performing the service that it would be triple what was advertised!!! This place is a scam!! The lack of accountability and the way this was handled afterward was incredibly unprofessional. I would not return and would strongly caution others before booking here.

The entire team at Elite Styles is super welcoming and accommodating! Also, Angie in the med spa is simply an artist. You want a perfectionist who has attention to detail when it comes to these delicate procedures. I've been following her to her last four jobs now and is the only person who touches my face.

As a curly haired babe who also dyes her hair regularly, I really vet my stylists because I do not have time to go to one salon for one service and another for let's say a curly cut. Here I am able to do my cut, style, and dye job. I was so happy with Zuly's work. She is a bit of a resident red expert. I am so happy that I sat in her chair last week. She was very bubbly and even accommodated my last minute request for a blow out (something you have to add at the time of your booking-which I didn't know.) The salon is ala carte, which is helpful to understand when booking. I got a quick consult with the Curly cut expert, and I will be back for that next month along with a gloss, because Zuly told me it would make my color last longer. (Bless stylist who give good tips!) I was there for a couple hours while she worked on my hair and during that time I was offered coffee, water, tea, etc. Which is a nice touch.

I literally needed a 15min hair cut. It wasn't the fact that she was running behind what bothered me, it was the way the receptionist handle the situation. Her tone was so unprofessional, she basically told me " I don't know what to tell you, either come later or another day". I was being inconvenienced and on top of that no reasonable solution was offered to me. Their "solution" was to come back later or not come at all. There was no consideration for my time. I am pretty understanding when things happen but what makes a difference it's how it is resolved and handled. I really liked Esneda, but unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this place. Costumer service and professionalism is a must for me, and I don't believe this is a priority for them.
