I've had a fair amount of experience with various medical professionals and their staff and I was kind of dreading this appointment. The staff was very nice and accommodating and were forthcoming about running behind with appointments. Once I met with the doctor I was amazed by the fact that he didn't push for surgery. He was very honest with me and told me what I could do to try to remedy the situation. He told me that if I followed his suggestions he most likely would never need to see me again. It was a truly refreshing experience! I also want to add that there was a patient in there angling for a note regarding his surgery and pushing them to have the doctor write it for much longer than he would need off. They were polite but firm that that would be considered fraud and they would have no part in it. Bummer for the guy but made me respect the office even more. While I hope I don't need a surgical repair for my issue (because I do plan on following doctor's orders!), if I do I plan on going back to Dr. Tsioulias.

Before I arrived, she called to say the doctor was running 30 minutes late and moved my appointment from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. However, when I arrived at 6:00 p.m., there were at least 12 people waiting ahead of me in the waiting room! Clearly, the doctor was much more than 30 minutes behind schedule. I decided to reschedule rather than wait for what could have been hours. I found this extremely disrespectful of patients' time. It is unprofessional to schedule so many patients, move appointments due to delays, and still have a waiting room packed with people. The entire experience was poorly organized and frustrating.

I'm only giving reviews on people that I think that are very nice and I go there every month. They have clean bathrooms wheelchair accessibility when you come in before you go upstairs the people over there are very nice. They ask you for your ID, but they are so kind. I know this another person in that building that I didn't recognize and I'd rather not comment but I guess you'll figure it out. The dentists are very friendly and helpful guiding you about your options. The hygienists are very sweet and also give you some feedback on brushing when necessary. The only part I would just doublecheck is the financial part. Make sure you fact check anything that they allege your insurance doesn't cover. I had to follow up with some overpriced bill statements I received with my own insurance and got it resolved. Before I commit to any work done out of pocket I will check with my insurance company to doublecheck what's covered.

The promise to provide expert treatment to people needing specialized surgery, and to treat such people with compassion and respect, is nothing more than a meaningless PR write-up, as I unfortunately learned first-hand. Simply put, dealing with Dronsky and his staff was appalling!
